At exactly what point did it become commonplace and acceptable to, in effect, declare open season on some of our most vulnerable demographics? Well, actually, it hasn't. But thanks to legislation that doesn't work, groups that actively defend perpetrators' so-called "rights", and the general decline of morals and ethics in society, we essentially have.
To be honest, as a Christian, I actually am partially to blame as well as the rest of my fellow Judeo-Christian brothers and sisters. By not taking a strong stand early on, by making our voices of concern heard, we have allowed this disintegration of America to occur. Fortunately in my own defense, I wasn't around in the 1960's to begin nipping this decline in the butt when it originally began. But I AM here now. So are the rest of us. And we have a serious mess to clean up.
Let's start with the student aspect of this articles title. Columbine, Virginia Tech and a host of others. Students are more at risk than many of our soldiers, sailors and Marines overseas in Iraq. This is no coincidence. We've been hounded continually about "it's wrong to discipline our kids," failing to teach them that there actually is a right and wrong, and that the "what's right for you isn't right for everyone else," is a load of crap. We've been misinformed (lied to in actuality) that corporal punishment is a crime and can cause our children to be stripped from us by Social services and be put in foster care. Then, to top it all off, kids can't even pray when and where they need it most, in school.
Then, believe it or not, we actually have the audacity to be "shocked and amazed" when a kid or two goes on a killing spree on campus. Gun control isn't an answer for this. The lame-ass excuse of "it takes a village to raise a child," isn't going to stop it. And we certainly can't count on the educational system to correct this issue. It's going be up to the individual families themselves to deal with this problem. It's as simple as that. End of story. Period. So parents, commence with the "butt-whoopins" ASAP. Start putting a couple good swats across their backside every now and then for misbehaving. This IS NOT child abuse, regardless of how much the left tries to whine and convince you it is.
Next up on our list, the elderly. Man I miss the good 'ol days when people actually respected their elders, instead of beating up an old lady to steal her motor scooter. Yeah, you all saw that one on CNN the other day didn't ya? Two punk-ass teenagers, (I like to refer to them as pre-humans) beat the heck out of an old lady pulling into a parking garage to steal her scooter. It's only by sheer luck that her helmet stayed on to protect her as her head had been stomped on by the S#%Tbags. Or how about the old guy that got carjacked, (also seen on CNN,) while a group of others STOOD BY AND WATCHED! The attacker, the piece of crap that he was, beat the old guy in the face and about the head, repeatedly, until the old guy was down on the ground. This was beyond painful just to watch on video. How people could stand by and actually watch it in person is beyond me.
But, in reality, this comes as a result of my first point not having been carried through years back. The decline in the family unit, which also doesn't seem to be getting any better, is to blame. Don't discipline your kids? End up with a dirt bag in the home. Ask any of those old folks getting their butts beat on a daily basis by these losers. They'll tell ya what ya need to do to rectify the problem.
Lastly, Pregnant women, actually, women in general. Now, I know not ALL women are "helpless little waifs," incapable of caring for themselves. There's a few women out there that can mix it up with just about any guy and not fair too badly. They may even come out on top. I'd just like to see more news about women winning, and NOT ending up like what we've seen as of late. An example of this is Laci Petersen. A cute girl in my opinion. Pregnant. Found dead at the bottom of the river. Jessie Davis is another one, pregnant woman murdered. Perhaps it's just the news focusing more than before on these incidents, or perhaps it is actually happening more, but what happened to the days when a woman could walk down the street, and a group of guys would tip their hats to her and say "good evening ma'am," rather than "cat-call" or drag her into an alley and rape her till death?
These are but a few reasons why I'm becoming a big supporter of open carry of firearms. I would be more than happy to spend a few years in jail, knowing I just put five gaping, .45 caliber holes in a living turd trying to beat down some old guy, or cause serious harm or death to a woman, especially a pregnant woman. I know that may sound like a serious over reaction to those almost-people on the left. And even some on the right might exclaim, "five holes?.. eh, I would only have shot him twice." But the fact remains, society is NOT dealing with the problem like it should. And if it continues to fail, I think we can start counting the occasional "vigilante" news report cropping up here and there.
But that's just my opinion.
UPDATE: 1-2-2008; For those who may be wondering, yes you are correct, I haven't written anything new for a few days. I have been pondering, and decided to go through with, going on a writting sabatical for a few months. With all the political mess we are in now, and all the crap we've been put through over the last year and a half, I need the rest, just as America needs a rest from liberals. I'll c yas on the flip side. --John

Islamic Indoctrination: What NY Kids MAY Be Subjected To
If anyone doubts the increasing indoctrination centers of our children, they need look no further than New York. Actually, they can look in many places these days were campuses are installing "foot washing" facilities for Islamic prayer preparation, Schools holding official Islam-Week, and complete menu alterations. All this of course, at taxpayers expense. So much for that sacred separation of church and state the ACLU loves to toss around.
But New York has become yet another battle ground in the de-Americanizing of America. In an article in the Washington Post by Frank J. Gaffney Jr. titled, War of ideas' homefront, Mr. Gaffney describes how apathy, essentially has allowed Islamofascists to gain yet ANOTHER foothold in America.
".. a new school that New York City seeks to initiate this autumn with public funding. The so-called Khalil Gibran International Academy (KGIA) will start small — a single sixth-grade class lodged temporarily inside an existing public school in Brooklyn. According to Garth Harries, an official in the city's Department of Education, the KGIA's purpose will be to "offer a challenging multicultural curriculum ... [that] integrates intensive Arabic language instruction and the study of Middle Eastern history and historical figures to enliven learning across all subject areas."
Whenever and wherever the word "multiculturalism" is used, it usually has something to do with being just another step in eliminating the American culture itself. With about one month left until classes are to begin, the curriculum itself has yet to be made available for the parents and other concerned citizens to review.Public Schools Chancellor Joel Kline has promised to "shut [the school] down" if it assumes a religious, political or national character inconsistent with a public school.
From all this has spawned a coalition of concerned citizens at Stopthemadrassa. The folks there have gone as far as exposing the middle eastern influence of Saudi money on K-12 schools here in America, as well as contacting the Governor and Mayor of New York. They urged them that, the opening of the Khalil Gibran International Academy be postponed until satisfactory answers are provided to a host of questions.
Among those questions are such items as; the character of the curriculum; the competence and agenda of the teaching staff; and "the amount of politicization and Shariah-tainted indoctrination our children are exposed to before Mr. Klein will 'shut it down.' "
If we hope to defeat the Islamists' in the war of ideas they are waging against us, we had better deny them a beachhead in Brooklyn — and a precedent and model for publicly funded madrassas across America.

Planned Parenthood: Time To Strip Them Of OUR Hard Earned Dollars
Is it just me, or does it seem incredibly ridiculous that a full 2/3rds of Planned Genocide's budget, (according to their own financial statements) come from the taxpayers pockets in the form of grants and other means of funding? Especially when most of those taxpayers, myself included, are AGAINST abortions on demand. I can't be the only one who thinks this. And amazingly enough, I'M NOT.
There is a rapidly growing movement to strip Planned Parenthood of taxpayer funding. One of the leaders of this charge is Rep. Mike Pence (R-Ind.) Pence was also a player in halting that B.S. "un-Fairness Doctrine" from going anywhere but to the toilet. As listed on the Conservative Voice website, Pence this week offered an amendment to the House appropriations bill (H.R. 3043) that funds the Departments of Labor and Health and Human Services, in order to prohibit taxpayer dollars from funding Planned Parenthood’s abortion efforts. Sadly, the amendment was defeated (189-231).
Although defeated now, in a way it was a small victory. 189 FOR the amendment wasn't a great result, but it got the numbers circulating. 189 Representatives took a stand for the defense of life in a manner of speaking, as well as the publics interest. This shows a growing trend that on some topics, officials ARE listening to their constituencies, and acting accordingly. One can only hope that the future yields a more positive result.
This is a "must be passed" bit of legislation as Planned Rip-your-innards-out is being ousted on a regular basis for allegations of serious legal violations at their clinics, including false reporting of information and dissemination of misleading advice and some of the organization’s counselors failing to report cases of sexual abuse and statutory rape. Some of which are available to download and listen to yourself.
Another bonus of this bill, even though it was defeated, was the illumination of Planned holocaust. They are in the spotlight, and unfortunately for them, there's nothing for them to hide behind now. Pence has done a great service for America by initiating this bill, and deserves our thanks. His website is HERE.
Keep up the good fight Mike!

John Doe Legislation: YES, We DO NEED This Amendment!
Okay, so we have 'lefties' whining about how terrible this legislation is, and how awful it will be on American freedoms. Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi are trying to stop this amendment from passing. Not a good move. It IS necessary to protect our freedoms and the security of our nation.
I have yet to hear any legitimate arguments against this legislation. Most of which is based around the "what if my neighbor thinks I'm running a drug lab, he can report me and the Police could raid my house in the middle of the night... yada yada yada,... and I couldn't sue him for it," kinda crap.
This is a bogus argument. Devoid of any real substance. This situation would be no different after the John Doe legislation is incorporated than it is now. The investigation of a meth-lab has no bearing on National Security and therefore, is not affected by this legislation. So you can still sue to your little bleeding-hearts content.
The John Doe legislation is designed to protect American citizens when reporting suspicious activities relating to National Security. "Hello, Police? Ahakmed next door to me has been bringing in all kinds of equipment to his house the last few nights, and some strange container being carried by a guy in a weird suit with a hood and air tanks. He was carrying the container with some long handled thingy." This is what the amendment is designed for.
Or how about this one, which we all already know was a "Staged Event." Six muslim imams intentionally create a stir in an airport terminal, then make an even bigger scene while on the plane and eventually get removed by law enforcement personnel. Shortly there after, they claim discrimination and threaten not only to boycott the airline, (like that would break any of our hearts,) but want the personal information of those that reported them so they can sue them. Yeah, I thought you might remember that one.
That was STAGED! They MEANT to get caught. Not only for the publicity that they garnered, but to test how security measures would react to them. "But one of them was blind! How can a blind guy be a suicide bomber?" Please tell me your really not that stupid to attempt that argument. Do you really need to be able to see to reach inside your coat and pull a handle? I thought not.
In the end, this legislation DOES NOT affect our personal freedoms. We still will enjoy our right to, "Life, Liberty, and the PURSUIT of Happiness." We aren't being spied on by the government because of this legislation, and we still have our right to free speech. Well, that is unless that bullshit "hate crimes" bill gets passed or that joke of a "Fairness Act" gets instituted. But for now we still have freedom of speech. We can still own firearms, unless the ACLU and other groups get their way and mandate we loose that right. Yada, Yada, Yada. See? No freedoms harmed. Only a legal defense for people who still happen to like this country.
'Nuff said.

Hollywood: HBO Still In The Dark About GOOD Programming
If it's not enough already that we get blasted daily with the blatant sexual content, harsh language and anti-semitic programming, HBO is taking "smut" to a new level. Read the full article HERE from the Media Research Center. HBO will begin airing a new "breakthrough" show, delving into the realm of pornography in "Tell Me You Love Me.” The show will incorporate the personal relationships and sex lives of four committed couples – in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and even in their 60s. Basically, a sexually explicit "Real World."
Jane Alexander, who was once the head of the National Endowment for the Arts during the Clinton Administration stars as the "therapist" for the young couples of this travesty. She also participates in the action by doubling for 1/2 the couple in their 60's.
It's just porn. There's no other description for it. When critics asked if the sex scenes were faked or real, actress Michelle Borth became suddenly defensive. “We are not porn stars. We're actors,” she harrumphed, which is the standard response when the classification of sexually explicit acts on film are questioned. They call it "art." The rest of the intelligent world calls it as they see it, PORN. It's sad really. I actually used to like HBO's programming maaaaaaany years ago.
All the show will be missing is the annoying synthesized music and the laughably horrible acting between sex scenes. We all know what the people who will actually watch this will do anyways. They'll just TiVo the show, and fast forward between scenes.
Which brings us to another problem here. With the "rave reviewed" scenes, will they be garnering awards? Emmy's? Golden Globes, (pardon the pun.)? And how long till this stuff reaches regular, everyday TV? The new frontiers in television usually first emerge on pay-cable, then work their way into regular cable, and then into broadcast television.
So, what does the public have to say about this kinda crap? A LOT! In my previous post HERE, people aren't buying it. Americans ARE catching on to what the media, Hollywood, and certain left-sided groups are doing. And they aren't liking it.
68 percent of Americans say the media have a negative impact on moral values in this country.
73 percent of Americans say the entertainment industry is having a negative impact on moral values in this country.
So there you have it. The beginning of the end of any remotely ethical behavior on TV.

The A.C.L.J: Fighting For REAL Freedom In America
As we all know, the ACLU (better known as the American Communists and Liberals Union) has been promoting communism in America for decades now. It wasn't till a short while back that someone brought up the communist aspect, like the fact that the ACLU was FOUNDED by a communist, Roger Baldwin. Then more info started coming out, like "published policies" to include, but not limited to; the legalization of prostitution (Policy 211), the defense of all pornography, including CHILD PORN, as "free speech" (Policy 4) and the promotion of homosexuality (Policy 264). Let us also not forget a few other policies it agressively works towards, such as; the defense and promotion of euthanasia, polygamy, government control of church institutions, gun control, tax-funded abortion, birth limitation, etc. (Policies 263, 133, 402, 47, 261, 323, 271, 91, 85).
All in all, for a group that has the word "America" in it, this seems pretty UN-American. But never fear, there IS someone out there fending them off, whenever and whereever the can. They are the American Center for Law and Justice. Here's who they are, as listed on every newsletter they send out;
American Center for Law and Justice is a d/b/a for Christian Advocates Serving Evangelism, Inc., a tax-exempt, not-for-profit, religious corporation as defined under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, specifically dedicated to the ideal that religious freedom and freedom of speech are inalienable, God-given rights. The Center's purpose is to educate, promulgate, conciliate, and where necessary, litigate, to ensure that those rights are protected under the law. The organization has participated in numerous cases before the Supreme Court, Federal Court of Appeals, Federal District Courts, and various state courts regarding freedom of religion and freedom of speech. Your gift is very much appreciated and fully deductible as a charitable contribution. A copy of our latest financial report may be obtained by writing to us at P.O. Box 450349, Atlanta, GA 31145-0349.
Here are a few examples of some of the legal victories they have achieved as of late;
- The Partial-Birth Abortion Ban STANDS!; In a stunning victory for the cause of life, the Supreme Court of the United States upheld the national ban on partial-birth abortion which outlaws the notorious procedure. We filed amicus briefs in both cases before the Supreme Court - including one on behalf of some 80 members of Congress and more than 320,000 Americans. (The 5-4 ruling came in the consolidated cases of Gonzales v. Carhart [#05-380] and Gonzales v. Planned Parenthood [#05-1382].) ''This is a monumental victory for the preservation of human life,'' said Jay Alan Sekulow, Chief Counsel of the ACLJ. Thank you to every ACLJ member who supported this long and complicated effort!
- Free Speech for Christian Groups; A House measure focusing on lobbying reform included language which would have made it difficult for churches and non-profit organizations to speak out on the cultural and political issues of the day. We heard from more than 180,000 Americans who wanted this provision removed and pushed for the language to come out - and we won! This is an important free speech victory. The ACLJ is standing ready to meet any further challenge - especially if any member of Congress should attempt to reintroduce this troubling amendment on the House floor.
- Victory for the Boy Scouts; We asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit to reverse a lower court decision which declared unconstitutional a 1972 law enabling the Defense Department to provide support to the Boy Scouts. The ACLU claimed the law violated the separation of church and state. The ACLJ filed an amicus brief on behalf of 90 members of Congress; in it, we asserted, ''The only possible message that the military's aid can be viewed as conveying is that patriotism, self-reliance, physical fitness, and support of the military are positive things.'' The court agreed with us and dismissed the ACLU's lawsuit.
Here's a couple items that they are working on;
- Protect Act - We've filed an amicus brief on behalf of 18 members of Congress asking the Supreme Court to overturn a lower court's decision and uphold The Protect Act of 2003 - a measure designed to combat child pornography. The Act is an important tool in the battle against child pornography.
- European Status - We're pleased to report that the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations of the United Nations has granted special consultative status to our European Centre for Law and Justice (ECLJ) based in Strasbourg, France. The ECLJ does a tremendous amount of work globally in defense of liberty, freedom of religion, and defense of life. Being granted special consultative status by the United Nations will enhance the ECLJ's worldwide defense of freedoms. Your support of the ACLJ has helped make it happen. Thank you!
They even WANT to know if your liberties are being attacked;
- As always, let us know of threats to freedom in your area by calling (757) 226-2489.
So, know that there ARE people out there, fighting FOR you.

Grassroots Groups: Gaining Noteriety In Media Circles
Would anyone ever have thought, even in a million years, that the Lib-media would ever acknowledge Grassroots organizations? I never would have believed it. Mostly because of the brainwashing the left has already undergone and is trying to force into the minds of the rest of us who are still capable of thinking. But that's another story for later on how the left wants Communism for us all.
But sure enough, the New York Times itself mentions the grassroots organization of NumbersUSA.com in an article. The article was written by Robert Pear for the New York Times titled, "Little-Known Group Claims a Win on Immigration." Pear roughly details in his article, the start of NumbersUSA, and how it's lowly 50,000 members has spiked to almost 500,000 since January '07. The president of Numbers USA, Roy H. Beck, was even quoted as saying, “The bill (referring to the recent Amnesty Legislation) had support from the opinion elite in this country, but we built a grass-roots army, consumed with passion for a cause, and used the power of the Internet to go around the elites and defeat a disastrous amnesty bill.” And what a monumental defeat it was. Numbers USA members flooded the Senate with more than a million faxes, sent through the organization’s Web site. It supplied arguments and information to senators opposing the bill. And the bill got slammed 46-53.
NumbersUSA isn't the only one to garner some media attention. The Media Research Center was named in a broadcast on the Fox News Channel. Although a bit less biased than most others out there according to the recent Rassmussen Polls, it still was named. FNC's panelist, Jim Pinkerton who is a columnist for Newsday said, "The mainstream media said 'oh, he's toast because of the Iraq war.' In fact, the reality is, he's toast because of the immigration bill, and it was only the MRC that caught that, saying, that look, the real thing that hurt him with the Republican base, the people who are in the primaries, was immigration, not Iraq."
So it would seem, Americans are finally starting to "stand up" for what they believe, and it's getting noticed. Hopefully, the trend doesn't end. We really need fewer Lib's in the Government. Since more means 'bigger government' which results in more taxes, more stupid legislation, and essentially, the fall of Western Civilization as we know it.
So get your butt's in gear people and start making some noise! Get active in some of these groups and make your voice BE HEARD!

Global Warming Myths Continue: Ignoring Contrary Factual Information
Well now, isn't Al Gore just the new-ager "woodstockian" with his mighty Earth Fest. How marvelous a man it must take to tout the human factor being to blame for the super-heating of the Earth, but own a 10,000 sq. ft. second home that is always lit/heated and rarely lived in. Not to mention the nice SUV. Oh, but he offsets those energy hogs by buying credits. Credits my ass. If your really that worried, that concerned that mankind is to blame for global warming, you'd level that house and plant trees there, and would start biking everywhere you dope.
But, now that there is considerable "star power" entwined in this scandal, I suppose we'll all be subject to even more warming woes.
Wednesday's Your World with Neil Cavuto hosted both 20/20's John Stossel, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. who is one of several mouthpieces for the environmentalists. RFK jr. spent the majority of the interview calling Stossel, as well as Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity "liars," when it comes to Global warming.
- ROBERT F. KENNEDY JR.: Yes, absolutely. Lying and lying repeatedly. First of all, the, everything we need to do, the science on global warming is settled, 2500 scientists and the IPPC report, the top meteorologists and climate scientists from around the world have announced the global consensus that global warming exists, that we are causing it, and that its impacts are going to be catastrophic.
- STOSSEL: Well, it's possible. And it's possible that the killer bees were going to come up and sting us all to death, and that Y2K was going to crash all the planes, and that the pesticides that his organization is so upset about were causing the cancer epidemic, and the frog testicles were shrinking, were going to make us all sterile. The scares from the environmental groups have just come one after the other. None has been true. It's possible that this one will be true, but it is just not true to say there is a scientific consensus that global warming will be a catastrophe.
There's more to this than most people realize. The Global warming industry has been hanging its hat on a handful of "myths" that they call irrefutable, but in reality are in even more peril than a china cup left in the middle of the street during the "running of the bulls" in Spain.
Groups like the NCPA (National Center for Policy Analysis), HumanEvents.com and the Friends Of Science, have been debunking these myths without even putting any real effort into it. Even some of the most respected Scientists and Professors in existence like C. R. DE FREITAS and Robert M. Carter are not on the global bandwagon.
Here are just a couple, out of the MANY myths shot down. You can read the rest in the links provided:
- Scientists Agree the Earth Is Warming: While ground-level temperature measurements suggest the earth has warmed between 0.3 and 0.6 degrees Celsius since 1850, global satellite data, the most reliable of climate measurements, show no evidence of warming during the past 18 years. [See Figure I.] Even if the earth's temperature has increased slightly, the increase is well within the natural range of known temperature variation over the last 15,000 years. Indeed, the earth experienced greater warming between the 10th and 15th centuries - a time when vineyards thrived in England and Vikings colonized Greenland and built settlements in Canada.
- Global warming will cause more storms and other weather extremes: There is no scientific or statistical evidence whatsoever that supports such claims on a global scale. Regional variations may occur. Growing insurance and infrastructure repair costs, particularly in coastal areas, are sometimes claimed to be the result of increasing frequency and severity of storms, whereas in reality they are a function of increasing population density, escalating development value, and ever more media reporting.
- Computer models predict AGT will increase by 6 deg. C or more over the next 100 yrs: Deterministic computer models do. Other equally valid (empirical) computer models predict cooling. Computer models can be made to "verify" anything by changing some of the 5 million input parameters or any of a multitude of negative and positive feed backs in the program used.. They do not "prove" anything. Also, computer models predicting global warming are incapable of properly including the effects of the sun, cosmic rays and the clouds. The sun is a major cause of temperature variation on the earth surface as its received radiation changes all the time, This happens largely in cyclical fashion. The number and the lengths in time of sunspots can be correlated very closely with average temperatures on earth, e.g. the Little Ice Age and the Medieval Warm Period. Varying intensity of solar heat radiation affects the surface temperature of the oceans and the currents. Warmer ocean water expels gases, some of which are CO2. Solar radiation interferes with the cosmic ray flux, thus influencing the amount ionized nuclei which control cloud cover.
- Unprecedented melting of ice is taking place in both the north and south polar regions: Both the Greenland and Antarctic ice sheets are growing in thickness. Sea ice around Antarctica is growing. Temperature is falling at the South Pole.Temperature in the Arctic Ocean region is just now achieving the levels of warmth experienced during the early 1940s, and the region was warmer still (sea-ice free) during earlier times.
These are but a few of the most widely touted "irrefutable" myths, debunked. Global warming is nothing more than a money making machine for but a few small groups who can't find any other way to make a living, and to make a few people popular on a certain side of the political spectrum. If they really want to slow the supposed warming, how about we knock off the junk science trying to validate global warming, and take the $5 billion a year being dumped into its research, as use that for updating these "super polluting" companies that are supposed to be at fault?
Lastly, take a look at the video by the U.K.'s Channel 4, the same folks that exposed the extremist agendas of certain mosques in Britain. The primary link from the Calgary Sun is down, but here is a YouTuber (MarkStoneham) who broke it down into 8 parts to make it available.

And Even MORE Gay-ness Legislature: SB-777 / AB-43 / AB-394
These folks on the "left" are an odd sort of people. At least, I'm still holding out hope that they really are people, and not some mutated form of Jell-O caused by random radioactive intervention while being sucked through a space-time continuum worm hole of some sort and inadvertently plopped down here on Earth for the rest of us to marvel at in a "freak-show" style setting we call society. No, I really hope against all hope that they really are human.
The reason I speculate on this as even though I derive great joy from seeing them run around bouncing off of each other and making noises that almost sound like the words "Civil Rights, Equality and Tolerance," is that they seem to make the same mistakes over and over again. One would think that the electro-shock treatment of losing over and over again when attempting to pass legislation, that they would get the idea. Pain bad, NO pain good. Apparently, my Jell-O theory isn't too far off I guess as they haven't seemed to evolve that far into deductive reasoning. Especially when you take into account that the "protective" bills the California legislature have been trying to pass as of late, are in themselves, riddled with HATE.
Take SB-777 for example. This bill is a pure "brain-washing" piece of legislation, aimed solely at CHILDREN. Here we are, outraged over how a convicted sex offender can get access to children by being allowed to live close to parks, schools and other locations frequented by kids, and this bill OPENLY promotes this exact type of activity. Here's some info straight from the TVC newsletter about it:
SB 777 would amend the state Education Codes concerning teachings, textbooks, curriculum and school activities so that “no teacher …instruction,” “no textbook,” no “school activity”, nor any “instructional materials” could “reflect” or “promote” a “discriminatory bias against any person…” who is homosexual, bisexual or transgender.
- “SEC. 29. Section 51500 of the Education Code is amended to read: 51500. No teacher shall give instruction nor shall a school district sponsor any activity that reflects (stricken[adversely upon persons]) or promotes a discriminatory bias against any person because of a characteristic listed in Section 220.”
- “SEC. 30. Section 51501 of the Education Code is amended to read:51501. No textbook or other instructional materials shall be adopted by the state board or by any governing board for use in the public schools that (stricken[contains any matter reflecting adversely upon persons]) reflects or promotes a discriminatory bias against any person because of a characteristic listed in Section 220.”
- Listed in Section 220 of the Education Code would be protections for homosexuality, bisexuality and perceived gender, which is defined as one’s actual gender at birth, like male and female, and also what one perceives their gender to be if it is different from their gender at birth.
They want every student in the state to read from textbooks that say homosexuality is okay and SHOULD BE TRIED. They want every student to see pictures of homosexual couples in their workbooks. For every family portrayed with a mom and dad their must be a “family” with two men or two women. This is a madrassa-style indoctrination. Let's give a big "Huzzah" to the pedo-generating machine!
AB-43 goes even further. During the last big batch of elections here in California, which was in 2000, over 61% of the states populace gave a big "HELL NO," to gay marriage by voting for Prop-22. Not content with getting their asses beat, State Assemblyman Mark Leno is introducing this bill, AB-43, which goes completely against what the public said. Instead of "Man and Woman" terms, he wants "two persons." What a looooooser. The bill even goes so far as to require that all “gender-specific terms shall be construed to be gender-neutral…” All references in the law to “male,” “female,” “husband,” “wife,” would be replaced with language like “partner” or “spouse 1,” “spouse 2,” or “person.”
Here's some more about AB-43 which specifically targets the states marriage codes:
- "Section 300 of the Family Code is amended to read: 300. (a) Marriage is a personal relation arising out of a civil contract between (stricken[a man and a woman]) two persons, to which the consent of the parties capable of making that contract is necessary.”
- Section 301 of the Family Code is amended to read: 301. (stricken[An]) Two unmarried (stricken[male]) persons of the age of 18 years or older , (stricken[and an unmarried female of the age of 18 years or older, and]) who are not otherwise disqualified, are capable of consenting to and consummating marriage.”
- "Section 302 of the Family Code is amended to read: 302. An unmarried male or female person under the age of 18 years is capable of consenting to and consummating marriage…”
Under 18 years of age? Boy-o-boy. I bet NAMBLA is salivating at the thought of this one being passed. For those who don't know, NAMBLA is the North American Man-Boy Love Association. Basically, an organized group of Pederasts.
- pederast: noun: A man who has sex (usually sodomy) with a boy as the passive partner.
And let us not forget the most hateful of all, AB-394. Assembly Bill 394 is yet another attempt to force schools to implement pro-homosexual policies aimed at punishing expression, thought or speech from those who disagree with the homosexual lifestyle. A positive portrayal, environment, and discussions on homosexuality must take place. If a student objects to the homosexual, bisexual or transgender lifestyles they would be accused of fostering an environment of hate.
AB 394 seeks to have within the State Department of Education “monitors” who would inspect each school to see if they enacted pro-homosexual, pro-transgender anti-discrimination policies. They would further make sure each school has a process to investigate so-called incidents of “harassment” or “hate.”The bill would even require the Department of Education to display curriculum that would meet the pro-homosexual protections set in law on state websites for schools to use.
Through the use of threat, fear and intimidation from state bureaucrats who would deem a school out of compliance with the pro-homosexual requirements and protections, schools could be under investigation, could lose funding, etc. Not to mention the openly blatant violations of "FREEDOM OF SPEECH" that this bill promotes.
So now you see my dilemma. Are liberals really "tainted globular masses of pudding?" Or are they just waaaaayyy behind in the evolutionary chain?

Judicial Smackdown? A Presidential Bitch Slap Right Back At Ya!
Poor, poor Keith Olbermann. I almost, (and that's an ALMOST) feel sorry for the poor sap. Last August he had trumpeted that day's anti-Bush court decision as a "judicial smack down," when a judge found wiretapping without a warrant was unconstitutional. And now a federal appeals court overturned that decision, and Keith has nothing to say. 'SLAPPED!' Like the little whining bitch he is.
Not that anyone really expects anything better out of the loser. We are talking about a guy on a show whose ratings have dropped so low, Al-Jazeera ranks higher than him. But I've already mentioned that before. But in Keith's signature pouting style, he refused to even acknowledge the appeals court decision. He didn't even bother to try and twist it like the other liberal media networks did.
Last Saturday's Good Morning America, the morning after a federal appeals court overturned that decision, gave the reversal a piddling 13-second news brief. A whole 13 seconds. And to think, back in August, GMA treated the decision as a monumental event worthy of a full story at the top of the show. How odd that this decision didn't rate an equal amount of air time. But at least they aired something about it, even if they retitled it as "Domestic Spying," instead of the Overseas Surveillance that it is.
So, we have the August decision rundown; ABC's World News correspondent Martha Raddatz calling the original decision a "significant blow" to the administration. ABC's Good Morning America report from Jessica Yellin calling it a "major blow to President Bush's war on terror," and a "stinging setback." The highlighting of a George Washington University professor, Jonathan Turley: "He could be impeached. And people should not be underestimating that." And lastly, good 'ol MSNBC's Keith Olbermann's "judicial smackdown."
Who's da bitches now?

Can We PLEASE Move Past This Gun Control Debate Crap?: It's Not Even A Debate!
In yet another "pity-party" report about gun control, ABC's World News Sunday Correspondent David Kerley tried to show how horrible the 'rural' lawmakers who control the Pennsylvania state government are by preventing the city of Philadelphia from passing it's own gun laws. The shame of it all. I mean shame on ABC. Is this pathetic or what?
It is a PROVEN fact that the more LAW ABIDING citizens that own firearms, the LOWER the crime rate. I'll refer to it yet again, Washington D.C. had a ban on all firearms for the last 30 years. Yet, it has THE HIGHEST violent crime rate involving weapons in the nation. Period. That will change as a Federal Appeals court recently ruled that the ban is Un-Constitutional. The suit was brought by six D.C. residents who sued the city to allow them to posses weapons in the city limits. Finally, a judge with a GOOD head on his shoulders.
For more about gun ownership and lower crime rates, take a look HERE. In the 20/20 report, Stossel relayed that, the National Academy of Sciences "could not document a single gun regulation that reduced violent crime or murder." This is due in part that criminals don't play by the rules. Some transcript from Stossel's report;
Stossel: "These maximum security felons said they fear an armed victim much more than the police."
Unidentified male prisoner: "When you go to rob somebody you don't know, it makes it harder."
Stossel: "And they said gun laws don't matter to them. They don't obey them."
Male prisoner: "I'm not worrying about the government saying that I can't carry a gun. I'm gonna carry a gun anyway."
It has even been suggested by several surviving Virginia Tech students that had any of them been armed, Cho may not have gotten nearly as many students as he did. An example for this is the students at the Appalachian School of Law who went to their cars and retrieved their guns after a gunman attacked their school in January 2002. Two students, after hearing shots fired rushed to their cars and retrieved their own firearms, successfully held the gunman at bay until Law Enforcement personnel could arrive. The gunman, 43-year-old Peter Odighizuwa a former student, was only able to shoot six people, killing three of them. Had he not been confronted, would Cho have had to kill even more students to top him?
With all that being said, ENOUGH with this B.S. about gun control already. Just stop. Were guaranteed the right to "keep and bear," and that's NOT just a standing militia, i.e., the National Guard. Unless there's enough Guard personnel in each state to personally escort every single person out there to keep them protected, look forward to even MORE people purchasing personal firearms.
Get it yet?

When I'm In Charge Of Professional Sports: It Will Be Different
This is quite a bit off-track from my normal postings, but after having brought this up during numerous conversations and getting quite a few nods of approval, I decided I would go ahead and spill this to the public at large.
I used to be a big sports fan, originally hailing from the San Diego area, the Padres and Chargers were "MY TEAMS." When the opportunity presented itself, I'd go to the games to root for them. That was back in the days of Steve Garvey moving from the Dodgers to the Padres. Players like Rollie Fingers, Randy Jones, Ozzie Smith, Dave Winfield were players I used to love to see. Later it was Tony Gwynn and "Goose" Gossage. I even had my glove autographed by Fernando Gonzalez when I was a kid.
The Chargers had names like Dan Fouts, Chuck Muncie and Louie Kelcher. Catch phrases like "Air Coryell" floated over the air waves. I sat deadlocked to the T.V. and watched the "freeze-bowl" of the Chargers and Cincinnati in -9 degree F temperatures. These were the good 'ol days to me in sports.
But that's all past history now. The REAL Glory Days have long since past. Now it's all about the money. "How much money can I soak this team for, before they find out I really suck and get traded away to B.F.E.?" Indeed. How much are we really interested in paying for just one ticket? Just to see a game of some guy who suckered a team into paying them $100's of millions of dollars over just a few years and come in dead last almost every year?
This is what has driven me away from sports in general for the last decade plus. I have no desire to watch a bunch of whining little bastards making many millions of dollars just to sit on a bench for three months because of an ingrown toenail. To me, this is degrading to sports.
So I came up with my own idea which, when I become the "Ultimate Supreme Ruler" of sports, will be implemented for the benefit of those who REALLY pay the salaries of these "skid-marks," the FANS!
Without further ado, MY plan to revamp the sports world:
- Upon my taking over control of sports, ALL players, starters to bench warmers will be FIRED. Every stinkin' one of them are out the door. No If's, and's or but's. GONE.
- Any of them that still wants to play will be hired back in for a MAXIMUM of $500 thousand dollars for their first year.
- At the end of the year, their performances will be reviewed by the teams owners and such. If they determine that a players performance was commendable, that player can be granted a MAXIMUM of a $1 million dollar raise. Do the math, the next season, that player will be making $1.5 million.
- The $1 million a year raise will be grantable, but NOT MANDATORY for each year up to five years. So by the end of a players 6th season, he will be making a Maximum of $5.5 million dollars A YEAR.
- ALL PLAYERS WILL sign agreement to undergo drug testing EVERY three months without exception INCLUDING off-season months. If they're gonna be out of town for their "whiz-quiz" or whatever form being used, they can go in early. But THEY WILL be tested. Additionally, every two to three weeks, RANDOM players will be selected for testing.
- Failure of first drug test; 50 game suspension and a 1/8 salary fine. Making a million? Your fine is $125 thousand. Second failure: 1 year suspension and a 1/4 salary fine. Third failure: Permanent ejection from the sport and complete cancellation of any salary not yet paid. No chance for re-hire, EVER.
- Which brings me to my next point, Salaries will be divided by per-game amounts. 100 games in a season and making $1 million a year? Your salary is $10,000 a game. That is if you show up, and suited up. I've seen enough of these "I'm all that!" pantie wastes sittin' on the bench in their tailored suits because of a sore pinkie while their team mates are busting their butt's trying to win a game. If that's how you wanna play it, 1/2 salary for that game.
There are many other little things I could toss in, but I think you get the point. It's time we actually had some "Good Role Models" for our kids instead of these numb-nuts getting arrested for everything from rape to drive by shootings, to possession of (insert item here, guns/drugs/etc).
I tell you what, you will definitely have better games this way as well, as anyone who's really in it "for the game," would have absolutely no problems with a set up like this. We'd probably have quite a few new comers as well that would put in a good showing. And, unfortunately, the few who are already in sports that are there because of the sport itself will have to get washed up into this, and I am sorry for that, but sometimes, pain actually does hurt.

Al Gore's Son Arrested For Drugs: Again...
Not that it is a surprise to anyone that a pothead gets zapped a second time for drugs. But a former Vice Presidents son? Tsk, tsk. But then again, he DID go through a 12 week rehab program to deal with the problem. Oh wait, that was for the FIRST time he got popped for drugs. He must have gone to the same rehab that Lindsey Lohan went to. She seems to have a thing for drugs, alcohol and moving vehicles too.
Everyone but everyone had something to say on this little incident. Every form of media from CNN to ABC , MSNBC , FOX , CTV and even the Orange County Register where it happened of course had something on it. But you would just be reading the same info bits over and over as none of them had anything really unique to say about it.
Apparently, little Al jr. has a nice little moving violations and drug related rap sheet dating back to at least 2000.
- He was ticketed for reckless driving by North Carolina police in August 2000.
- Military police arrested him for drunk driving near a military base in Virginia in September 2002.
- He had been pulled over and arrested for pot possession in December 2003, in Bethesda, Md., while he was a student at Harvard University.
Now, with an impressive list like that, and the fact that when in April 2001, Jenna BUSH, who was only 19 at the time, pleaded no contest to charges of underage drinking, and she was slapped with alcohol counseling, community service, a $600 fine and her driver's license was suspended, shouldn't we expect the same for lil' Al?
I doubt that will happen though. No, he was at least attempting to be environmentally sound by doing his 100 mph fly by of Orange County in a Toyota Prius. I'd suspect that moving that fast in a Prius while "toking" would create it's own form of greenhouse gasses of a sort. I didn't even think a Prius could go that fast to be honest.
In the end, Dem's will sweep this under the rug as they want Gore Sr. to run for Prez. Hopefully, it will at least keep jr. out of a future in politics. Hey, I can dream can't I?

Presidential Pardon Of Libby: Wait, He WASN'T Pardoned
Boy, the media really is hot on this aren't they? Lewis "Scooter" Libby, the horrible person that he is was pardoned by the President and free to go. WAIT! He was pardoned? When did that happen? Well, it didn't. But from watching either CBS, MSNBC or even CNN, that's what you heard. Even ABC went to the extent of headlining video of Bush with the caption "Above The Law?"
Contrary to the fantasy-world beliefs of the media, Libby was NOT pardoned. Libby must still pay the $250 thousand dollar fine and serve two years probation. Doesn't sound "Pardoned" to me. Only, and I repeat ONLY the 30 month jail sentence was commuted. Period! So where did the pardon aspect come from? The media. In its never ending quest to drive the President's name into infamy they make the crap up, report only what they want us to hear, and try to tell us how peachy-keen their communistic ideals are.
CBS's Bill Plante said: "Congressional Democrats also lined up to condemn the President's decision." Viewers then heard from Senator Hillary Clinton on the stump in Iowa: "What we saw today was elevating cronyism over the rule of law." Cronyism.... Too bad no one reminded her of Marc Rich. You may not remember Marc Rich but he was a banker, a commodities trader who was trading with Iran while they were holding the U.S. hostages of 1979-80, and trading with South Africa under the apartheid regime. Indicted by Rudy Giuliani. Instead of facing trial he went on the lam. He's lived in Switzerland for 17 years. His ex-wife has given $600,000 almost, over $500,000, to the Democratic Party over the last two years. Billy-boy Clinton PARDONED him. Veeeerrrryyy interesting.
Keith Olbermann's Countdown-to-no-ratings on MS-LSD at least got the caption right by listing it as a commutation of sentence, but we know better than to expect anything more than that from Keith. After an untold number of months of Olbermann's branding of the President as the "Worst Person of the World," he went on to say "As you may have suspected, tomorrow night, here on Countdown, a 'Special Comment' calling on this Vice President and this President to resign." Let's see, a guy on a show who's ratings have plummeted to LOWER THAN Al-Jezeera's, thinks the President should resign. Yeah, that'll float, like a lead turd.
CNN's Suzanne Malveaux spent the majority of her broadcast pushing the "double standard" angle in her chat with CNN Senior Analyst Bill Schneider. It consisted of a lot of "how angry" people on both sides would be over this incident. It continued with her confronting Republican strategist John Feehery: "Does it cut two ways here? We've heard Bill Schneider saying he doesn't really think this is going to play out much in a partisan way. He believes that there are going to be a lot of Republicans who see it the same way as Democrats and say, you know, this is just preferential treatment." Clinton knocks out over 140 pardons in his last couple HOURS in office and no one says anything. But the President "commutes" a portion of a sentence, and this is a double standard? Go figure.
To top it all off, every one seemed entranced by Senator Dick Durbin’s comment that "even Paris Hilton had to go to jail."
But hey, like I've said, "I'm juss ziss guy, you know...."

Attacks On Rush Fail Miserably: Let's Try Coulter
Well, most people already know about the botched attempts to drag Rush Limbaugh through the dirt. First was the, "Barack the magic negro" parody. How dare he play a song the uses a "N-type" word. Oops, we forgot to mention to the public, who found out by the next day that the song was already over a month old before Rush played it. Oh, and by the way, it was a black gentleman who originally wrote the "magic negro" comment.
The came the poor excuse for another racial-whip of Rush supposedly calling illegals, and a later attempt that ALL mexicans where "low-skilled, uneducated, cheap labor in the country, because that's their next class of victims." Oops part two, he was talking about the liberal democrats with that one, as everyone found out pretty rapidly.
So, with a big bruise on both butt cheeks, one for each failure towards Rush, now they want to go for a full-on anal reaming by directing their energies at Ann Coulter. Over the last week there have been a number off attempts by the "left" to put her on the spot and whip up some controversy against her. Not one of their brightest moves I dare say. Normally people live and learn, but it would seem that liberals missed the learn part.
This all kicks off over a comment made by Coulter on Good Morning America, (taken from Coulter's web page:
Here is my full sentence on "Good Morning America," which the media deceptively truncated, referring to a joke I told about Edwards six months ago that made liberals cry: "But about the same time, you know, Bill Maher was not joking and saying he wished Dick Cheney had been killed in a terrorist attack — so I've learned my lesson: If I'm going to say anything about John Edwards in the future, I'll just wish he had been killed in a terrorist assassination plot."
The usual nut Web sites posted a zillion denunciations of my appearance on "Good Morning America" immediately after I appeared Monday morning. But it didn't occur to any of them to simply lie about what I had said. No, it took them nearly 36 hours to concoct a version of that quote that included the Edwards part, but not the Maher part, or what English language speakers call: "the point."
By tomorrow it will be: "Ann Coulter tried to kill John Edwards on 'Good Morning America'!"
To top all this off, the sparring match between Coulter and Mrs. Edwards on GMA was apparently a pre-planned event between ABC and the Edwards-camp. More and more just seems to pour out about the lengths these folks will try to go to make a buck. All in the name of the "campaign" of course.
Lastly, they weren't done at that. The next day, multiple morning news shows had Mrs. Edwards pop on to continue the rant. When you read the transcripts, it would appear that Mrs. Edwards ISN'T doing as well medically as she says she is, she just seems to ramble on and on and on and on.... Poor lady. In the health respect, I have to admit that I actually do feel kinda bad for her. Must be tough, slowly loosing your mind.
As you can see, the Coulter rampage continues, and probaly will for a little while longer until they people start calling in to the media outlets. I can hear it now;
"Hiyas, I'm about to change the channel to another news show if you guys can't put something on that DOESN'T involve Ann Coulter making you guys look bad."
