More Media Dissension: Still Not Informing The Public

On Oct. 26th 2007, The Washington Times carried an article that mimics what I have been saying for a while now. That the media is NOT telling America what is really happening. The article, Media fantasy land, written by Joel Mowbray, explores the utter LACK of coverage by the media elite of the two Florida State students that were arrested back on August 4th.

Several basic facts have more or less exactly failed to garner any attention by media outlets, such as the two students arrested were Egyptian nationals. Nor has the full contents of their truck been revealed in the news which include; a box of .22-caliber bullets, gun powder, several gallons of gasoline and 20 feet of fuse, PVC piping and a drill.

Several other factors include a secret recording of the pair discussing strategy after they had been arrested, or that the father of one of the students "all but pointed the finger at the co-defendant, Ahmed Mohamed, as the sole culprit, thus implying that his son was ignorant or duped."

Best of all, the squad car they were in was recording both audio and video, and captured conversation between the two which included this exchange:

  • "Did you tell them there is something in them?" Mr. Mohamed asked, presumably referring to the PVC pipes.
  • "Water," Mr. Megahed said.
  • "Water! Right? The black water is in the Pepsi."

Also ignored, was a file named "Bomb Shock," which contained detailed information on TNT and C-4, a military-grade plastic explosive, in Mr. Mohamed's computer.

Mowbray also glossed over in his article of the insidious lack of coverage of the conviction of Ali al-Timimi, a Muslim cleric who was convicted in 2005 for urging his followers shortly after September 11 to wage jihad against the United States. He received a life sentence. But the media gave serious air time to the MISTRIAL of the Holyland Foundation trials.

This kind of media avoidance and outright bias is nothing new. As a matter of fact, I ended up having to dedicate an entire ZIMBIO page to the bias we so often see by the media.

Mowbray closes out his article with these simple words: "So, success is the barometer for importance? Does this mean continued media avoidance of thwarted terrorism on our soil until the government fails to stop an attack?"

Sadly Mr. Mowbray, as long as there is a Republican in the White House, I believe this will be the norm. God help us when we do successfully get hit.

Minute Men (MCDC) Pull Double Duty As National Guard Redeployed

Due to the wildfires that have raged across Southern California over the last week, Governor Schwarzenegger has redeployed the California National Guard to various areas to assist. These National Guardsmen were pulled from the California-Mexico border leaving it virtually unattended, with exception to the minuscule and dwindling Border Patrol Agency.

Not to leave the border unwatched, the Minutemen Organization has stepped up to the plate in an attempt to fill the gap. The controversial group (according to lefties), made up of ordinary citizens, is now pulling double duty for America. Securing our borders, since the U.S. Government seems to have difficulty doing it, and at the same time, working to defeat any Amnesty bills that come to the floors of the House and Senate.

And they are doing it! Not bad for a group of supposedly racist, mexican haters. Since October 1st 2007, the patriot volunteers of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps have been conducting 24/7 operations to secure the border. Camp Vigilance is operational 24/7, as this is the last weekend of “Operation Secure America.” With still some of the 20+ wildfires going, border hoppers and "coyotes" are in full swing. Fortunately, the MCDC is trying to stem that flow.

MCDC efforts, along with many other grassroots groups, like NumbersUSA, have been instrumental over the last couple years in preventing our liberalized governments from erasing our borders and giving what sovereignty we have left, away to foreign control. Attempts to follow suit of foreign courts, or socialized health care seem to be the norm for a good portion of our NOT-Representatives.

Worthless programs such as SCHIP and the Dream Act, serve only to aid those who will be here when/if American traitorous bastages in our government succeed in creating a North American Union. The LOST fiasco will also allow for outside control of American soil. These can not be allowed.

MCDC, NumbersUSA and many others, could use your support, in trying to keep America, well, America.

Terrorists And Wildfires: It Makes Sense Actually

There is currently, a $70,000.00 reward for information regarding the arrest of the suspected arsonist(s) associated with one of the current California Wildfires. That being the Santiago Canyon Fire.

Fire Officials believe that there were three separate points of ignition for this fire, and are beginning to believe some of the other current fires may also have been deliberately set. A California Fire Battalion Chief mentioned "Whoever Did This Knew What They Were Doing." Which causes me to ponder an interesting point, that was later echoed on 760 AM - KFMB in San Diego. One of the talk show hosts asked, "how can so many fires, in so many places, in such a short period of time, all be caused by natural causes?”

My question exactly. But we already know the answer don't we? Back in July of this year (2007,) USAToday ran an article about a terror detainee revealing fire plots in Western U.S. states. In the article, the unidentified detainee said, the plan involved three or four people setting wildfires using timed devices in Colorado, Montana, Utah and Wyoming that would detonate in forests and grasslands after the operatives had left the country.

The hoped for effect of this was "that significant damage to the U.S. economy would result and once it was realized that the fires were terrorist acts, U.S. citizens would put pressure on the U.S. government to change its policies.” Personally, I see a reverse effect occurring in this case. Reason being, we remember the unity country wide after 9/11. Americans wanted blood. The divisions normally found in Congress and the Senate were virtually non-existent as unilateral support reigned. Another "attack" on U.S. soil would have virtually the same effect, especially after having had no attacks for six years here.

But the strain on the economy WOULD occur. So it would still stand to reason that this would still be a viable form of pseudo-terrorism for extremists to pursue. In example, we need only look at the recent GREEK fires. There were something around 80 fires I think. (Reports vary but it was supposedly well over 70.) And it was believed that most of those were intentionally set. Imagine fires, in the neighborhood of that magnitude in the Western U.S. as compared to the resources being used up by the current 22+ fires.

The potentially devastating effect, not only from the fires themselves, but should an actual "attack" of one form or another on a relatively equal scale as 9/11 occur at the same time could become even more cataclysmic. Imagine a "dirty bomb" going of in Los Angeles, while the entire Western seaboards emergency services are tied up in the lower Sierra Nevadas dealing with fires. It leaves me feeling uneasy at the prospect of the "extra" lives lost due to a simple lack of emergency personnel or equipment available to assist.

If Americans, Californians especially, want to be better prepared for just such an incident, it will be up to CALIFORNIANS to make it happen. A short while after Katrina, Boxer or Feinstein (I forget which one, as they both seem to hate America,) was denouncing FEMA for not having a plan ready in case of disaster (earthquake) in California. If they REALLY care about Californians, exactly WHAT is stopping either of them from getting off their own asses and getting emergency equipment/supplies gathered and stored in key locations throughout the state?

It can't be too difficult to buy a few warehouses throughout the state, load them up with a couple dozen dozers, stacks of tents, cots, electrical generators, etc. Make it happen California, don't wait for something to happen.

Global Warming: Why It Won't Make Further Headway

Okay, to start this off, I'll just say this article is just an opinion piece as compared to the barrage of facts filled articles I normally do. So don't go getting your panties all in a bunch just because of the article title. Actually READ the article first, then you can go cry to 'Papa-Al' that there's another dissenter out there. That said, here we go.

There are several reasons why I DON'T believe that global warming will gain any more headway than it already has. But for sake of brevity, I'll keep it to just a couple. The first reason is REPETITION.

I'm sure at one time or another, EVERYONE has heard the phrase, "beating a dead horse." This is what the global warming alarmists are reminding me of. We see it in our printed propaganda like the NYTimes and LATimes on almost every page. If it's not an article specifically written about global warming, then it gets squeezed into some completely unrelated article. Or even full page adds by environmental groups, with an itty bitty disclaimer in the corner of "Paid for by (insert Alternative Energy Group here.)" Visual media isn't excluded here, nor are the excuses to harp on it. If it isn't a report specifically about global warming, they squeeze it in as much and often as possible. Case in point, read my previous post about NBC.

And that's just it, they are beating that proverbial dead horse. Our senses have become dulled, completely numbed even, to the prospect of being scared of a warming of the planet. Kind of the same way kids have become numb to violence. Apparently, kids see some ungodly amount of violence on T.V. by the time they reach age 13. Something like 8,000+ murders, and another 100,000 acts of other violence. It really doesn't bother anyone anymore. With as terrible as Al and the cronies have depicted it, and as fast as it's supposedly coming, no one seriously believes we will be able to stop it in time anyways. So people who 'might have' sided with the climate-ites, have begun to resign themselves to the bitter end of a planet destroyed by the warming.

Next up, the GROWING list of dissenters.

And I don't mean just an average joe schmoe at the corner pub. I'm referring to the growing list of OVERLY credible scientists who are speaking out against global warming. With arm loads of verifiable info, they are forsaking the 'grant money' that the celebrity scientists are pocketing, and making themselves heard. No, big oil is NOT paying these folks to stand against the climate threat. It's the contrary evidence that's keeping them from joining the ranks of "kool-aid" drinkers.

And some of the info from these dissenters was 'supposedly' (I'm only going by speculated reports on this point,) used in the recent British court case that labels "An Inconvenient Truth" as propaganda, not scientific truth. Whether it was or not is actually irrelevant anyways, as the judge in the ruling apparently even used the IPCC's report which itself contradicts much of Al's movie. Not exactly stellar support here.

Lastly, the man, the myth, the legend in his own mind, Al Gore.

This is cause for concern in itself. Al failed, after repeated attempts to have votes counted and re-counted, to win the Presidency. By all accounts, Al is not a fantastic person to be personable with in the first place. Former Secret Service Agents speak of how much they detested being assigned to his detail. If the guys that were supposed to be protecting him didn't trust him, how are the average citizen who will never get to meet him in person supposed to believe in him, or what he says.

The fact that he's been planet hopping in a private jet is not improving the argument for change. Nor is the mega-mansion second home being always lit and heated, or the SUV fostering much belief in the cause.

Now Al is having award after award heaped on him by groups that fewer and fewer Americans have any faith in. Those being the Academy Awards and the Nobel Society. People are smarter than certain groups would like to believe. They know that celebrity award ceremonies are politically driven. And Alfred Nobel, for whom the Nobel Peace Prize is named, also invented DYNAMITE. The Nobel Society awarded Al the Prize, over a Jewish woman who risked life and limb to spare a couple thousand Jewish kids from being roasted in the Nazi ovens. Credibility for the Nobel prize took a sharp nose dive because of that.

There's a bit more that could be said on these topics alone, but as stated, brevity is the key here. I've been saying it for a while now, I DON'T believe in the global warming alarmism. I do believe that we should be taking better care of the environment. That's just common sense, something that seems to be lacking in certain circles these days.

But don't keep trying to force it down our throats anymore. We've grown numb to it. We don't believe it. And the continually mounting FACTUAL evidence against it continues to mount. So spare yourselves the embarrassment and go protest China's building two new coal refineries a day or something, since they DON'T have to abide by the Kyoto crap.

Global Warming To Blame For 'Tween' Stress And California Wildfires

NBC has been making some seriously monumental leaps of faith with there extensive global warming coverages over the last week. And were not talking about the generic kind of, " global warming is causing the botswanian butt-fly population to shrink," kind of claims. Think much more grandiose than that.

Just last Wednesday on NBC's Today show, Ann Curry reported on Tween stress. By some amazing stretch of the imagination, she managed to tie in "climate change" as being part of the cause. How the heck did you do that Ann? Here's the transcript from the Media Research Center's page:

  • ANN CURRY: Feeling a little stressed out these days? Well you're not the only one. A new report out says that today's tweens, that's children between the ages of 7 and 11, may be feeling more stress than ever. It may not be a surprise when you consider some of the reasons why. From the senseless violence in the news-
  • UNIDENTIFIED BOY: Sometimes stuff happens around school and stuff and people start stuff.
  • CURRY: -the effects of climate change-
  • UNIDENTIFIED BOY #2: It's killing all the animals and melting all the icebergs.
  • CURRY: -to all those tests in school.
  • GIRL: I worry about, like math and social studies because last time I almost flunked my social studies test.
  • CURRY: -kids are stressed out.

Nice going Ann. Did you hand them a copy of "Down-to-Earth Guide To Global Warming" by the uber-environmentalist/producer Laurie David, who just so happens to have produced an Inconvenient Truth as well? Way to think this report through Ann. Like you said yourself, kids are stressed out. So let's just ADD TO that stress by fear mongering them with climate crap?

Fast forward to this Tuesday night, NBC Nightly News took the opportunity to tie the California Wildfires currently ragging to global warming. Anne Thompson had NBC's one and only 'expert,' Princeton professor Michael Oppenheimer on. What NBC didn't bother to tell anyone watching is that Oppenheimer is a leading global warming alarmist, and serves as a science adviser to EnvironmentalDefense.org.

Oppenheimer gave his reasoning for the fires as, "The weather we've seen this fall may or may not be due to the global warming trend, but it's certainly a clear picture of what the future is going to look like if we don't act quickly to cut emissions of the greenhouse gases." It wouldn't have anything to do with environmental groups PREVENTING the Forestry Department from clearing some of these areas to protect endangered pests, like the Yellowstone National Park fires in 1988? Naaaahhhh.

Further, Brian Williams, always a favorite for championing Climate change, stood in some smoldering ruins of a burned out home in San Diego mentioning, "This has been the driest season on record, unusually severe, that's leading some people here to wonder: Are these fires somehow a result of climate change? The UN panel on global warming did warn that we would see more wildfires, so is there a real connection? We've asked our chief environmental affairs correspondent, Anne Thompson."

Like Thompson is a worthy, un-biased representative. Lest we forget back in August, her smear reports of people and groups that aren't leaping onto the Global Warming bandwagon being titled as "deniers" and "denier groups." Anyone for having Al Capone to oversee the IRS?

Good News!: The Anti - NAU List Is Growing!

Normally, one would think when big corporations and government entities collaborate, they get their way. For the most part, that's how its always been, with a few scattered exceptions here and there. And this is how those of us who have over recent months became aware of the NAU debacle, believed. We saw no tangible way to stop the super-highway running from the Texas-Mexico border, right through the middle of the country to Canada.

Apparently, this is no longer the case. More and more organizations are stepping up to the plate to toss their proverbial hat in the ring, and joining the battle against the NAU monster, and they are starting to win.

An article on the Conservative Voice website by Tom DeWeese, appropriately titled, Anti-NAU Warriors Beginning to Move the Rock Uphill!! describes the slow, but definitely forward movement against the NAU proponents. And they are gaining ground.

DeWeese labels an individual, Jerome Corsi, as the Paul Revere of the anti-NAU forces. And with good reason. Corsi explained that for about a year now, he "began to dig up details of an effort to 'harmonize' the three nations of the North American continent." That in itself should cause the average freedom loving American to show concern. But Corsi continued to dig and found more worth concern. Enough concern that he started writing about it on Human Events, and eventually World Net Daily picked it up.

It's then that the issue exploded across the net, and Corsi has been called upon almost non-stop since. DeWeese says he was given the opportunity to travel a bit with Corsi, doing "500 radio shows in just the last few months. He sometimes spends as much as 5 - 8 hours a day on the radio in interview after interview."

Since then, groups have been spawning everywhere to oppose the NAU creation. The Coalition to Stop the North American Union is but one of those groups. And they have plenty of ammunition to fight with thanks to Corsi's bestseller, "The Late Great USA." It is now in its FOURTH printing.

Another group is CorridorWatch.org, whose website is regularly updated with news and outcomes of legislation aimed at speeding up the creation of the super highway. And it's not very friendly towards Governor Perry's blatant support of the super highway.

And yet another group gaining steam is Attorney Fred Kelly Grant and his group Stewards of the Range. Grant and the Stewards are causing the NAU proponents serious heartache. Grant has successfully developed a unique process to force State and Federal governments to deal with local communities when it comes to the property rights battles inherent to the NAU juggernaut.

And still another group, Oklahomans for Sovereignty and Free Enterprise (OKSAFE) gained White House attention when Oklahoma State Senator Randy Brogdon said, "The NAFTA Superhighway stops here." Brogdon discovered that the bill would have required his state (Oklahoma) to waive its 11th Amendment rights which protect states from foreign law suits.

And guess what? Yet even another group, of which is led by the "Anti-NAU Warriors ..." article author, Tom DeWeese. The American Policy Center, according to DeWeese, has now mailed over 2.5 million copies of its North American Union Fact Sheet across the nation, with a full 2 million being "carpet bombed" to towns and neighborhoods all along the planned Super Highway route, from Texas to Minnesota.

And let us not forget the Truckers. The LAST people you really want pissed at you is a million truck drivers. The International Brotherhood of Teamsters has joined the fight. That can spell serious trouble for the NAU folks. Originally, they have been leading the fight against Mexican trucks coming into America, but now, according to Teamster President James Hoffa, "I am convinced that the plan to create a North American Union is what is going on."

Add to this, other trucking associations and unions, such as the Longshoremen are beginning to express concern, and this NAU movement can really get ugly.

DeWeese closes out his article with, a slowly, but surely the rock is starting to move uphill as outraged Americans are beginning to push back against the forces who seek to eliminate our sovereign nation. The fact is, we can stop the North American Union - if we all push together.

I'll be happy to roll up my sleeves if it comes to it.... How about you?

No One Wins With "Fairness Doctrine": Support S. 1748 And H. R. 2905

Contrary to the Liberals beliefs, (as most Americans are realizing daily,) the Fairness Doctrine benefits neither side of the fence. Both parties stand to lose vital ground on any and all stances should a travesty like this be RE-introduced.

Could you imagine the media trying to continue to support their global warming agendas by holding another "Live Earth" concert, and between every song, having to broadcast an equal length opposing view? A 75 hours concert would turn into a 150 hour debate with music. Not very beneficial to their cause I would think.

But on this topic, the Fairness Doctrine could potentially create such a scenario. Originally, the Democrats want to re-enact it in an attempt to stiffle, and further, silence Conservative talk radio. They really want America to NOT KNOW what they are doing. Their misguided belief is that only Conservative radio would be affected. Not so. Media is media. The simple stiffling of biased broadcasts on radio, would open the flood gates for lawsuits from BOTH sides of the spectrum, to ALL media. Basis? Discrimination.

All parties would need to be required to provide equal broadcasting time under threat of suit being brought against them. Good 'ol Social(ist)ite Ted Turner would essentially loose control over half of his media empire that he hopes, "will be bringing Armagedon to us live if it happens," to dissenting voices. And on the other side, Rush would be chain smoking cigars in the broadcast booth attempting to "discomfort" his mandatory Liberal guests.

But there is hope, and a viable remedy. Congressmen Mike Pence and Greg Walden, co-sponsors of the Broadcaster Freedom Act, which is HR 2905 / S 1748, will essentially stop this problem its tracks, and any further actions by the Federal Communications Commission from repromulgating the fairness doctrine. NO ONE, not the President or anyone would be able to re-enact the Fairness Doctrine again.

These bills will ENSURE, that Liberals could be liberals, and Conservatives can be conservatives, WITHOUT any interference. Which is good for ALL parties concerned, especially with Free Speech being as abused as it is these days.

Here's how it works. These two bills, S 1748 and HR 2905 read as follows:

  • SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the `Broadcaster Freedom Act of 2007'.
  • SEC. 2. FAIRNESS DOCTRINE PROHIBITED. Title III of the Communications Act of 1934 is amended by inserting after section 303 (47 U.S.C. 303) the following new section:
  • `SEC. 303A. LIMITATION ON GENERAL POWERS: FAIRNESS DOCTRINE.
`Notwithstanding section 303 or any other provision of this Act or any other Act authorizing the Commission to prescribe rules, regulations, policies, doctrines, standards, or other requirements, the Commission shall not have the authority to prescribe any rule, regulation, policy, doctrine, standard, or other requirement that has the purpose or effect of reinstating or repromulgating (in whole or in part) the requirement that broadcasters present opposing viewpoints on controversial issues of public importance, commonly referred to as the `Fairness Doctrine', as repealed in General Fairness Doctrine Obligations of Broadcast Licensees, 50 Fed. Reg. 35418 (1985).'.

And that's it! Both sides are securely protected against "Big Brother" dictating what speech is allowed, when and where. As quoted by the two co-sponsors in the ACLJ e-mail regarding these bills, ''While we may not always agree with those who are on the airwaves, as Members of Congress and freedom-loving Americans, we should never back down from an opportunity to defend their right to speak their piece.''-Congressmen Mike Pence and Greg Walden.

Support these two bills and help keep speech, yours and mine, FREE. The ACLJ is working hard to help ensure everyone's speech, even though we may not always agree, Free.

"GAY Bills" Pass: AB14 / AB394 / SB 777 Signed By Schwarzenegger

For those who weren't aware, since the mainstream media reported NOTHING about it, good 'ol Ahnold signed into law the GAY Agenda bills being pushed by bull-dyke Sheila Kuehl of the 23rd Senate District. Past legislation attempts had been vetoed, and rightly so since they were and still are unnecessary as there were already protections against discrimination. But the "Governator" has once again bowed down to the ultra minority gay lobbyists and signed the bills that will essentially affect the country as a whole now.

And don't think being in a state outside of California makes you safe, as what usually happens in California, DOES affect the rest of the country. School book publishers will essentially be catering to their largest market, which is usually California, and it's not financially beneficial to produce two separate editions of a book, hence, EVERYONE will be getting what California gets.

SB777 bans anything in public schools that could be determined to reflect adversely toward homosexuality, bisexuality and other alternative lifestyle choices. It is essentially a 'reverse discrimination' bill as there are no similar protections for for students with traditional or conservative lifestyles and beliefs. Parents who used to expect that their children would learn the basics of reading, writing and arithmetic in school, now have to contend with schools now becoming indoctrination centers for sexual experimentation. Phrases such as "Mom and Dad" will now be seen as discriminatory if a same sex couple is not also included. And the promoters of sexual alternative lifestyles do consider that discriminatory.

Parents will now also have to deal with transgender men utilizing female locker rooms, as it would be considered discriminatory to deny a male who 'believes' he is a female, from using the women's locker room. Guys have always wanted to 'get a peek' into the girls locker rooms, now they will be able to just stroll in as the state will now sanction this. SB 777 will now FORCE innocent school children to accept alternative lifestyles and activities.

Also passed was AB394 which promotes the same issues through state-funded publications, postings, curricula and handouts to students, parents and teachers. But it specifically targets parents and teachers for such indoctrination through "anti-harassment" training. I have a feeling there will be a serious surge in Private Schools opening throughout the country due to this measure. Or a mass migration to homeschooling.

Also signed was AB14, which prohibits state funding for any program that does not support a range of alternative sexual practices, including state-funded social services run by churches. This bill covers a huge swath of activities including day cares, preschool or after-school programs, food and housing programs, senior services, anti-gang efforts, jobs programs and others. It also forces every hospital in California – even private, religious hospitals – to adopt policies in support of transsexuality, bisexuality, and homosexuality and opens up nonprofit organizations to lawsuits if they exclude members that engage in homosexual, bisexual, or transsexual conduct.

The truth is, those purporting to be FOR TOLERANCE, are the LEAST TOLERANT. A couple examples are, a board member for the homosexual advocacy group Equality California verbally attacked and threatened CRI for its opposition to the bill earlier. The board member sent an e-mail and video to CRI threatening the group would be buried if it continued efforts opposing the homosexual advocacy. So now free speech is a thing of the past? And the Gay-Straight Alliance Network and the Transgender Law Center is already lobbying for special treatment in the school system. They are already advocating to students, "If you want to use a restroom that matches your gender identity … you should be allowed to do so." It also advises, "If you change your name to one that better matches your gender identity, a school needs to use that name to refer to you." The advocacy group also warns schools against bringing parents into any such discussion with students.

Which they really didn't even need to say, as there are State educators OPENLY promoting this type of crap. California Supt. of Public Instruction Jack O'Connell sent a letter to Mike Karim, of the San Diego LGBT Pride stating, it is "with great pleasure that I offer my support for the 2007 celebration of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Awareness Festival. I am truly honored to recognize an endeavor that promotes equality and respect in our communities." Gay pride has absolutely nothing to do with his job, yet he used his state letterhead to issue an endorsement. James Hartline, who publishes the James HartLine Report that monitors homosexual activists in the region, said the letter is "insidious."

And remember, these bills and movements will have a NATION WIDE effect. Thanks a lot AHNOLD. Good luck to you all, and God help us.

Maine Middleschool And Birth Control: Say Hello To Home Schooling

As our educational system seems to be plunging further and further into the inane world of sexualizing our kids, King Middle School in Portland, Maine decided to speed the process up by providing a wide variety of birth control to its students.

The Portland School Committee approved the plan, offered by city health officials, on a 5-2 vote Wednesday night. Wow, a whole TWO people voted against it. And one of those was because the measure didn't specify the services being offered. Oh yeah, THAT's a heck of a reason to say no.

How about the simple moral and ethical obligations to society as a reason. How about the psychological effects that sexual activities may have on the kids. And let us not forget that no birth control is 100% effective. What then? Will schools then start providing abortions for 11-13 year old girls? What about STD's? I don't recall ever reading on ANY birth control packaging that it will prevent AIDS, Syph, etc. I won't even bother with mentioning the added risks of cancer due to hormones in some of the contraception forms. Will the schools health centers become chemo-treatment clinics as well?

No wonder we have so many kids on clinical drugs these days. We've let them down in so many ways already that they grow further into depression and "hey, let's just walk into school with a couple loaded weapons and start capping people." Ya think?

Ooohh. It will be alright, the children will have to get a consent form from their parents to visit the health center. Sure, but they don't have to say WHY they are going to the health center. Something about some sort of confidentiality crap. The kids are only 11-13 years old! There shouldn't be any kind of confidentiality in the first place. The parents NEED to know what is happening to their kids, ALWAYS.

One of the proponent arguments for this disaster of a measure was, "Unfortunately, not every child is getting the kind of parental involvement that is going to help keep them safe." That was from a Richard Verrier. Verrier also said,"If my daughter were not able to talk with me about something, if she couldn't reach me for whatever reason, to keep her safe and healthy, I would want to make sure she had access to those resources from trusted adults." That's a cop-out from a parent who expects society to raise his kids for him. And he answers his own argument of, 'not every child is getting the kind of parental involvement that is going to help keep them safe.' Important tip here 'Dick,' GET INVOLVED, and stop letting MTV raise your kids.

What the end result of this will be is more and more people starting to home school their children. It's already started. The feminist movement of women having to strive to be at the top of corporations is dying off, and more women are CHOOSING to stay home and just be a Mom. And they are ENJOYING it. It's not because their overbearing husband is making them, but it's a natural longing, to just be MOTHERLY. Women are actually smarter than guys in this respect. "Sure, let caveman-guy go beat brow at work. I'll relax a bit at home."

And since women do tend to do a bit more rationalizing, they SEE where society is taking our kids in schools and say to themselves, "Oh HELL no! I'll teach Timmy. Not a chance he's gonna participate in 'Islam-week' at a public school."

My deepest admiration to every woman out there who has the courage to make this kind of move in life. To the rest, I hope the opportunity presents itself one day for you to do the same. Not for some male-dominance agenda. But for you to have the chance to just be, Mom. And not HAVE TO worry about the stockholders of a corporation. Why do you think more women are living even longer than before than guys?

Rush Limbaugh Smear Letter Breaks $2 Million In Bids On eBay

I guess democrats really aren't that bad. After all, they did gather 41 of them together to sign a smear campaign letter against Rush as a sign of solidarity, instead of dealing with actual Nationally important matters.

Of which, Rush put the letter up on eBay for auction which netted a closing bid of $2,100,000.00. And Rush will be MATCHING that ending bid, and ALL of those proceeds will be going to the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation. That's a pretty hefty donation due in part to the "all so loving and caring Democrats," who made this all possible.

I think a Thank You letter from all of us to the 41 Dem's who gathered to sign this letter is in order. Make sure you let them know just how happy you are that they took the time away from their actual responsibilities to conspire together to smear a public figure.

If you need assistance, here is the list of individuals who lovingly participated in this momentous occassion to raise a whole heck of a lot of money for a worthwhile charity:

Harry Reid, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Blanche Lincoln, Richard Durbin, Kent Conrad, Bob Menendez, Charles Schumer, Christopher Dodd, Barbara Mikulski, Patty Murray, Byron Dorgan, Bill Nelson, Daniel Akaka, Dianne Feinstein, Barack Obama, Max Baucus, Tom Harkin, Jack Reed, Joseph Biden, Daniel Inouye, Jay Rockefeller, Barbara Boxer, Edward M. Kennedy, Ken Salazar, Sherrod Brown, John Kerry, Bernie Sanders, Robert Byrd, Amy Klobuchar, Debbie Stabenow, Benjamin Cardin, Mary Landrieu, Jon Tester, Tom Carper, Frank Lautenberg, Jim Webb, Bob Casey, Patrick Leahy, Sheldon Whitehouse, Carl Levin and Ron Wyden.

These wonderful individuals deserve to hear from you, and most probably NEED to hear from you, about how great they are for joining together to make a $4 million dollar donation possible at their own humiliating expense. Not that they really needed assistance in embarrassing themselves.

Contrary To Pelosi's Belief, Bush CAN Go To Iran Without Congress

One of many of the misconceptions 'Madame Traitor' has recently clung to, is the belief that she can prevent the President (Bush) from invading Iran. These sort of "on-air" comments seem to be happening more and more. I guess if you tell a lie often enough, people will start to believe it. (cough..Global warming..cough..) Pelosi recently commented, "We don't believe that any authorities that the President has would give him the ability to go in without an act of Congress." Yeah, she was actually dumb enough to say this on national television, on ABC's "This Week" program.

Not the brightest star in the sky is she? Well, a good portion of America DID vote, and caused her to become the first female horses-ass, erm... I mean Speaker of the House. So I guess democrats can only blame themselves for putting an idiot on stage as their mouthpiece. But it's her misconception of War Powers that's the subject matter here, not her obvious overall stupidity that surfaces all too often.

Contrary to her (Pelosi's) belief, the President CAN introduce American Armed Forces into hostile action WITHOUT Congress' approval. He needs Congress to MAINTAIN a presence and to Declare War, NOT to go into action. I guess Pelosi didn't do so well in History class back in school. And, within 48 hours, submit a report to Congress as to why, and for how long. There's an extensive listing as to what all has to be reported, how often, and for how long the reports must continue. But in the end, Pelosi made yet another mistake by opening the hole under her nose, and assuming she has full "Queenly" control over the nation, the President and the populace at large.

Which really isn't too surprising, after all, the "100 days" thing didn't go over so well either. After this, I'd almost fully expect the President to send the Marines into Tehran, just to add that little extra "egg on your face" effect to yet another Pelosi misconception.

My 2008 Presidential Candidate Choice: ME?

With an extremely poor list of options for the 2008 presidential candidacy, I think I should perhaps toss my own hat in the ring. Why not? I meet all the required criteria, which is actually pretty simple. Essentially, aside from votes, all that's required to be President of the United States of America is to be an American citizen, (as in BORN in America,) and be over the age of 35. That's it.

Why should I be president when there's so many candidates out there already? Probably because I seem to actually have the most in common with Americans. LEGAL Americans that is. I actually WORK for a living. I DON'T get, (let alone come near to affording) $400.00 hair cuts. I pay my taxes just like every other law-abiding citizen. And I have an OFFER to hand the country that I doubt any other candidate, on either side of the fence is willing to make.

What is that offer? Here it is. Below you will see a list of my stances, views and outlooks. My offer is simple, "If I go against my posted principles, I would resign from the presidency in a heartbeat." Now, that doesn't include my goals, as in things I would be attempting to accomplish while in office. No one can control that, only influence it. But if I were to change my position on my stances mid-term, that means I gained the office on false pretenses. And no one deserves to be led by a person who does that.

So without further ado, here are my stances and brief descriptions of why I stand where I do:

  • Abortion: I am AGAINST all forms of abortion, but I understand that there are SOME circumstances that it may be the only alternative. Women can't control when/if they are raped. A 13 year old girl can't control being molested. Where as I would hope that they would consider taking the child to term, I understand that it is a burden they were neither prepared for or desired. Under these conditions, I reluctantly say OK. As for abortion being used as a ready form of birth control, get your tubes tied, or be prepared to file a Police Report for rape every time you head into Planned (Genocide) Parenthood.
  • Illegals and Immigration: Where's the fence?! My question exactly. No, I am not in favor of a posse style rounding up of the 30 million+ illegals in our country and deporting them. And by all accounts, neither is the majority of the country. I, like most people, DO FAVOR harsh penalties for companies that hire illegals, Law Enforcement checking for legalized status, and getting the Border fence (as described in the 9/11 report) built, and built quickly. I also believe a REAL increase in the Border Patrol agencies staffing is needed, as well as a return to PRE-1960's level of Immigration which was under 200k immigrants a year allowed into the American fold. Attrition through enforcement.
  • Taxes: There is NEVER a reason for increasing taxes. As a matter of fact, if the average American really knew how many taxes they pay, we would already be in a revolt against the government. And NO, the war in Iraq did NOT cause that bridge to collapse. Infrastructure is paid for by the individual STATES. Not the Federal Government. And I would be more than happy to follow in Reagan's footsteps if necessary. HE shut the government down, I would too if it came down to it.
  • War in Iraq/Afghanistan: If you've read my profile, you'd see that I definitely support our troops having been one myself. NO, you can NOT support the troops and oppose the war. The Troops believe in what they are doing, so do I. I was over there for the first world tour of the middle east. I knew we'd eventually have to go back. And sure enough we did. To say you don't support the war means you don't believe in what THEY believe in. I do believe that the Iraqi government needs some prodding, but the conditions on the ground are improving greatly. Let the Troops get their job done WITHOUT political interference.
  • Global Warming & Kyoto: I could care less that the Gore-acle won a Nobel for his circus slide show. Global warming is a farce, And the Kyoto crap would destroy the financial fabric of America. Not exactly a good way to lead America, especially when no one else is adhering to it. Don't count on me to bow to environmentalists.
  • Medical Research: Stem cell research is promising, provided it's the RIGHT kind of research. Embryonic is NOT the right kind. It's been around as long as the others (being adult and now cord blood) and has produced NO positive gains. Unless tumorous masses are a good thing to you. Don't look for me to be getting my picture taken with Michael J. Fox when elected. Sorry Mikey, you got played by the pro-cloning crowd. They could care less about you. Which leads me to another aspect. Cloning. Leave it to sci-fi movies, NOT reality. If you want to clone sheep or cows to boost the food supply or something, great. I will not support human cloning, at all.
  • Guns: I don't currently own any firearms. But if your not convicted of a felony, or violent crime, AND are mentally stable, YOU SHOULD be allowed to carry. Criminals don't care about gun laws, they will carry anyways. It's about time Americans were allowed to defend themselves, and criminals tend to act less when they are unaware if their victim is armed. The reason for the second amendment was not only for a standing militia, but to keep the government "in check" from becoming a dictatorship. Thomas Jefferson, writing to William Smith said, "..the tree of Liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. It is it's natural manure." Lock and Load and join the NRA.

That's just a taste of my positions on some of the bigger issues. I've had those stances in life for some time now, and am not likely to deviate from them for any reason. Need more? OK, here's some of the goals I would be attempting to accomplish while in office. Odds are they wouldn't come to fruition due to the lack of cooperation in the House and Senate, but hey, one can dream right?

Cuts in funding for the inane. Do you know you can get a government grant to study the reasoning behind something as stupid as why a persons weight doesn't alter after an extremely large bowel movement? And guess where that money comes from. Yeah, your pocket. It's a waste of taxpayers money and needs to go. How much money would be better spent on education, public safety or REAL medical research if this kind of misuse of funding were stopped? Anyone for finding a cure for breast cancer?

Flat tax and an end to the IRS. As I listed above, Americans already pay way too much in taxes. And even pay taxes two or more times for the same thing. The tax code needs serious reformation and many of our taxes can essentially be dumped. For those who are LEGAL citizens of America, a flat tax of about 16%-21% would be satisfactory to keep America moving forward. The percentage would essentially be based on if you have kids or not and how many. YOU would not have to fill out another tax form again, ever, other than an initial form when you get a new job. The tax would be deducted from your paycheck before you ever see it. No muss, no fuss. The IRS would be regulated to collecting the tax from the companies themselves, and investigating whether or not they are using illegal labor. You'd never have to hear from Uncle Sam again.

Tax bonuses. A hard earned paycheck is something to savor. A profitable business is something to be happy with. A good work ethic is something to be proud of as well as time with family. Tax bonuses would be granted to companies that require seasonal employees that hire ACTIVE students. If your a drop out, get your butts back in school. OMG, "A Day Without A Mexican" just got blown out of the water there didn't it since all those jobs would be filled with working students. Kind of puts a dent in the drop-out rate too doesn't it.

Federal Assistance. The Constitution says that it's the Governments job to defend us against foreign invaders. So unless your prepared to prove that Hurricane Katrina was caused by North Korea, it is NOT the responsibility of the Federal Government to rebuild your city. They should, as stated however, provide for the GENERAL WELFARE. FEMA's job would be to ensure that the individual states themselves are prepared for disaster, and provide assistance where needed. You elected your governors, senators and congressmen, make sure they actually CARE about you, and the federal government will bring the support. Reagan once said,"The nine most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government, and I'm here to help." I agree, FEMA would make sure your states officials are accountable to you, its citizenry during a disaster, and not standing around trying to blame anyone but themselves.

Energy and Oil. The caribou will have to cope. Alaska is prime drilling for oil. Currently, at the time of this article being written, Oil is at about $86.00 per barrel. A note to OPEC that the US will begin drilling in Alaska and our offshore areas would cause the price of oil to drop drastically. The U.S. has done this before, and it sent oil plummeting to about $30.00 a barrel. But this time, let's actually go through with it. Not only would we have a constant "cheap" supply of oil from outside America, but as production from our own sources comes under way, it would STAY cheap. BUT, this drilling would be under strict scrutiny. Oil companies would be required to restore lands with vegetation. So if they drill, they will be planting MANY trees and grasslands throughout the country. Fair trade.

This just a tad sampling of my goals and ambitions as President should I be elected. But hey, it may not even come to that. How about burying your boots in the CURRENT candidates political asses and get them on the band wagon. Then perhaps you won't have to worry about writing me in on the ballot.

"Political Correctness" In Small Town, U.S.A.; Over Halloween Displays?

Political Correctness, or "PC" as it's commonly referred to, is reaching a new all-time high in the area of anality. What once was normally restricted to the more populous areas of America, is now stretching into "Small Town, U.S.A." Well, not small as such, but more like places you really wouldn't expect. And of all things, over Halloween displays if you can believe that.

The thin skinned, "victim mentality" legions, over the last few weeks have been ramping up their assaults against the festive folks of America over Halloween displays. In cities like Des Moines, Greenfield and a couple incidents in Watchung and Madison, these cities and counties are now part of the "big boys" club of having been subjugated by the Strong arm of the NAACP.

"Racial Correctness" hit squads have been showing up on peoples door steps to demand the removal of so-called racially offensive items in Americans Halloween displays. Most notably, any type of figure being HUNG is apparently offensive now. Several of the displays, didn't even remotely resemble what the accusers claim which is "black folk" being lynched. Yet the citizens who have created the displays, (many for several years now) have been taking them down anyways out of "fear for personal safety" reasons.

One example is Robert Lap, a store operator in Watchung, New Jersey which is one of THIRTY stores throughout New York and New Jersey. Delores Jackson and her son J.J. Jackson entered the store after seeing the display (a hanging and decaying corpse) and asked a clerk about it. Lap said, "How people perceive the display is 'in the eye of the beholder'. Honestly, I didn't think of it (being racist in nature) until it was brought to me yesterday," Lap said. "I know myself; I am not a racist. It's simply a Halloween prop." Lap confirmed later that it would be removed from all Halloween Scene stores. "(We're removing it) for obvious reasons." Even though Jackson is the ONLY one to ever complain about it out of thirty stores?

Another example is an unnamed homeowner in Greenfield, Milwaukee who was "obliged" to remove a hanging dummy that had a BLACK executioners hood on it. It was reported to a radio station by some passers-by. So now we travel around LOOKING for stuff that offends us? The offended group called Lenard Wells, director of adult education at Concordia University South Center, who spoke about it during a radio program on WMCS-AM (1290). Wells said later in an interview, "What makes a person feel like this is OK?" Ooh Ooh! I know! The fact that it wasn't RACIALLY motivated, but was supposed to be a HOODED hanging victim? He also said African-Americans and the NAACP should not have to come into any community to "say this is not appropriate," and neighbors should say, "We don't appreciate this." Uhh, until the PASSERS-BY complained, no one had a problem with it. Wendell Harris, chairman of the education committee at the Milwaukee chapter of the NAACP, visited the home to "talk" to the owner and inform him "it would be best for him to know that there were some people that felt offended by that." Does this resemble an reverse Nazi Stormtroopers incident? How soon can we expect the Star of David to be painted on walls or doors of Jewish folks?

There are several more incidents over the last few days I could summarize here, but I'll just give you the links to read them yourselves. Marcie Brightwell of Des Moines, David and Cheryl Maines of Madison, and John Agee in the Madison-Warner county area. In most of these incidents, the offended parties either tried to tie-in the "Jena 6" incident to make it look more racially motivated, or involved the NAACP knockin' on the door.

In a country that seems to be so "concerned" about peoples rights as of late, namely the freedom of speech and expression, the NAACP seems to be operating in direct opposition to this. It leads one to wonder exactly "WHO's" rights are they fighting for? ALL Americans? Or just a certain demographic? THAT IN ITSELF IS RACIST, and personally, I'M OFFENDED by it. I think an apology is in order by the NAACP to all these folks they have harassed.

But that will never happen.

"Gushing" Over Gore Vindication: Networks Oozing Praise Over Nobel Win

Well, it seems to have been a high-steppin', praise-filled weekend for the Gore-acle with non-stop accolades being heaped onto the former VP. Pretty much if it was a network or national media outlet of one form or another, they were smitten with the "savior" of the environment, no matter how misguided the information he's been putting out is.

ABC, CBS and NBC all saw Gore's win of the Nobel Peace Prize, (named after the guy who made Dynamite, go figure,) as some sort of vindication from those who oppose the idea of man-made global warming. I guess man lived on Mercury at some point as it's what Natural warming looks like. To them, it also opened up the prospect of a presidential run.

Charles Gibson over on ABC hinted about the man who almost won the White House DID win the most coveted award on the planet, and will this bring him back into politics? Not to be left out, CBS' Katie Couric pondered if Gore would now pursue the prize he lost by going after the presidency. And Brian Williams over on NBC related how Gore never got what he really desired, which was the presidency. Following Williams, Anne Thompson related how Gore's co-winners, the intergovernmental panel on climate change has pretty much left no doubt man has caused global warming, and the debate is over. Really? I never knew that. I could have sworn that the computer models which can't account for any environmental effects as simple as cloud activity left a gaping hole in the argument. I suppose it doesn't help much that a British court ruled that he should actually have won an award for "Propaganda" rather than Peace.

Even though the Draft Gore group took out a full page ad in last Wednesday's New York Times calling for him to run, Gore has repeatedly stated he has fallen out of love with politics and won't run. Just hold onto your panties for a short while Liberals, he will, he's just stalling so he doesn't have to participate in any debates.

Saturday's Good Morning AmeriKa featured rants by Bill Blakemore and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. who of course gave one sided reporting about how scientists were "joyous" about Gore's Nobel win and how Exxon has suppressed the media. Yeah, an oil company is going to be able to influence the Liberal media. Apparently, there's some sort of conspiracy of a massive propaganda campaign by Exxon to keep coverage of climate change out of the news. I see, that must explain the 75 hours of "Live Earth" that was simulcast on every visual media outlet, right? Added to this, "there is nearly zero dissent in the scientific community," about global warming. Funny, I've noticed nearly zero AGREEMENT in reports from legitimate scientists about global warming. In other words, real scientists say it's a crock of S#!T.

Sadly, we won't be hearing the end of this for quite some time. Gore will run, we'll see Gore'08 stickers and we'll have to put up with environmentalists pushing for us to participate in the Kyoto crap, which no one else is seriously abiding by. And when all is said and done should Gore actually win, changes made by the U.S. will effect the environment by less than 20% if we turn absolutely everything off every single night for 8-10 hours. No cars, no lights, nothing.

Do I see a need for changes? Sure, I don't think recycling is a horrible thing, more efficient fuels/cars. Sure, it's all good. Destroying America to "save" the planet, bad.

Was There Any Doubt Al Gore Wouldn't Get The Nobel Peace Prize?

I so have to get into movie making. I mean it. All I have to do is trump up some sort of far reaching futuristic global disaster, get a few celebrity-esque eggheads to fact tug me some numbers and charts, combine it into a slide show. Ta-da, instant fame, fortune and multiple awards like an Oscar. Maybe I'll even get lucky and beat out an old retired Roman Catholic Polish woman for the Nobel Peace Prize, who only risked her very life to save about 2,500 Jewish kids from becoming pop tarts in the Nazi ovens of WWII.

Wait, I guess I couldn't accomplish all that as I think it may constitute some form of copyright infringement. Maybe intellectual rights or something. I suppose making a slide-show about a couple glaciers that have shrunk really is more important than actual humanitarian acts. So sorry for you Irena Sendler. Maybe you should have recorded the carbon footprint of the ovens instead of preventing people from being put in them, then you might have had a better chance of winning.

Come on folks, did any of you really believe there was a chance Gore WOULDN'T get the award? I didn't think so. They guy rallied alternative energy groups to his banner, all of which stand to make so much money, it will make the $100 Billion profit of big oil last year look like pocket change. Add the fear-mongering of global disaster, (that will only happen a millenia+ from now, if things stay the same or grow worse,) and now you have the Lefties flocking to you. I guess the thought of their "pot" fields flooding unnerves them.

I don't suppose the reason there wasn't any contradictory information (and there is a tidal wave of it,) allowed in Gore's Inconvenient Spoof is because it would have probably caused the Oscar for Best Documentary to be denied. Then Gore might have had to settle for an Oscar for Best Comedy. Somehow, I don't think it would have had the same effect then.

I guess Gore could almost be considered humanitarian, in a sense, as he did talk about a 0.7 degree temperature increase. Although he negated the fact that of the top ten hottest recorded temperatures, eight of them were PRIOR to WWII. And I suppose it was just an oversight that he forgot to add that the Antarctic shelf has practically doubled in size over the last century. But that's just piddly mish-mash.

So as Gore takes his 'global victory lap' in a private jet, and we're all crammed onto public transits, let us stop and take a minute to congratulate the man, the myth, the legend (in his own mind,) who has managed to fool the world, and is still getting away with it.

Senator Smear Letter of Rush Limbaugh On EBAY: Bids Climbing Fast!

If anyone really needs any kind of verification that out elected representatives have 'once and for all completely lost touch with all reality,' just take a good look HERE.

This should justify, beyond a shadow of a doubt, why absolutely nothing is being accomplished by our senators and congressman. When government officials take time out from actually working, (if you would even call what they do work,) to vilify a civilian, especially over comments taken way out of context, you can rest assured that they still won't be attempting to accomplish anything for another month or two.

The president has effectively shot down every bit of B.S. that has come accross his desk from our elected officials over the last couple months, so the House and Senate needed to do something to take the focus off of themselves. And now, an example of their sad excuse for life is right there on eBay for all to see.

It's not surprising to me in the least that the majority of our favorite noise makers signed this bit of crap. Crap, that was based on skewed contexts, but Reid and the others thought they could make some moves with it, most probably for the Fairness Doctrine. Government officials "smearing" Civilians. Yes, this will go over well. Here are just a FEW of the signatures on this letter;

  • Harry Reid
  • Richard Durbin
  • Joseph Biden
  • Barbara Boxer
  • Robert Byrd
  • Hillary Rodham Clinton
  • Christopher Dodd
  • Edward M. Kennedy
  • John Kerry
  • Patrick Leahy
  • Carl Levin
  • Barack Obama

Like I said, none of these should really be a shock to anyone.

Here is the link for the Official Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation web page. And here is the link for the MissionFish web page, a certified non-profits group. According to the seller, all proceeds of this auction are going to the MC-LEF. By the time I published this blog posting, the highest bid had climbed from just over $10k, to over $15K. This was a time span of about thirty minutes. So if you want it, get your bids in.

And remember to vote these 41 tards out of office, so we don't have to go through this kinda crap anymore.

The Democratic Parties Catch-22: The Far Left "Deep Pockets" Fiasco

Unlike Democrats of yesteryear, Democrats of today have serious problems on their hands, and whichever choice they make can become a mortal wounding, or invigorating uplift to their political futures.

One such problem, which many people of both sides of the fence will notice since it's currently happening in the GOP, is the lack of steadfastness of their values. Democrats many years ago began hitching their political wagons to more leftist ideals, none of which were part of the older, more solid Democrats of the day. An example here is the Kennedy's. Take John F. Kennedy and compare him to his currently LIVING kin Ted. Although, with the rate he consumes Krispy Kremes, he may not be around too much longer, but that's another story. Both JFK and Ted are Democrats. JFK had "public" sturdy moral values, (although what went on behind the scenes is still up for speculation,) as back then you could be a Democrat and a good Catholic. While in today's Democratic party, Ted has been trying for a few years now to push through this bogus hate crimes bill known as the Matthew Shepherd Act.

For those who don't know, Matthew Shepherd was gay, and was killed during a mugging / robbery. The two men who killed him were doped up looking for drug money, and neither knew or cared that Shepherd was gay. THAT, my friends, is recorded in court testimony; NOT speculation. Yet Ted named his bill after him anyways. The bills intent is to silence the Judeo-Christian religions from preaching against homosexuality, which would allow the Gay agenda to be moved further forward. This is not something JFK would have been for. But Good 'ol Ted is all for it.

Most Democrats began accepting these leftist backers simply because of the money. And there's A LOT of money in some of these groups. One example is the ACLU. The ACLU gets its money out of the taxpayers pockets. What they due is bring a lawsuit against some person, group, company, city, state, etc, for some sort of violation. Lately, it's been mostly over religion. Public display of the Ten Commandments or a Crucifix. Then, when the opposition decides to settle, (and they usually do to prevent lengthy court battles,) the ACLU then collects court rewards in the millions. Guess where THAT money comes from? Yeah. Taxpayers pockets. Then the ACLU has all the money it needs to feed its lobbyists to push for this or that. Fortunately, groups like the ACLJ have arisen to the challenge, (they are the Anti-ACLU) and are fighting them as often as they can. Other big money funders are individual parties. Like Nazi collaborator George Soros. Soros was a 14 year old Jewish kid during WWII who basically ratted out other Jews. I Guess being a turncoat pays well for some. But Soros has been pumping money into the Democratic party for some time now. And he has some seriously 'jacked-up' ideals.

So, with all this problematic mumbo-jumbo under their belts, what are today's Democrats to do? Well, I know they really don't want to hear it, but they really only have two choices. Either completely distance themselves from all those leftist groups as listed, the ACLU and George Soros, as well as MoveOn.org and Media Matters. This will drain their pockets quite a bit, and they may have to start getting their cash the old fashioned way, earn it. Or they can continue to stand with those groups and further distance themselves from the American populace. Which in the end will continue to grow against them.

The only logical solution of the two, if they want to have any real future, is to abandon the leftists, once and for all, completely. Even with the drawback of the vastly reduced funding, there is a positive side. They will actually GAIN public support.

Here's some examples of why I believe this. We recall the recent MoveOn.org ad in the NYTimes? Gen. Betray-Us. We remember how quickly virtually everyone, with exception to a few Media programs that just glossed over it, condemned the ad. Especially in light of it being a POSITIVE report. A few Democrats DID catch on quickly enough, and openly condemned the ad as well. Lost points with the left, gained points with the public. How about the recent Amnesty and Dream Acts? Reid and the like will try to push it again down the road, but he was all smiles, believing it would pass no problem. Oops, instant upset as almost a complete flip-flop of votes tossed it to the wayside. The public spoke, and MANY Democrats listened. Lost points with the Left, scored points with the public.

Democrats in themselves, (for the most part) are not bad, it's the Lefties pushing them from behind that really are the ones giving them a bad 'rap'. Pushing issues like gay marriage, amnesty for illegals, more gun control, more taxes, abortion, etc, etc, etc, all of which are unpopular with the vast majority of America. Hopefully, if Democrats hope to have any kind of a lasting future in politics, they will catch onto this trend of listening to the public, and kick the lefties, well, off to the left.

NAU: North American Union And Petition Against It

There has been recently, a movement in our government to create a North American Union, the likes of which would equate to the European Union. Open borders, a single currency (the Amero,) essentially, one big happy continent.

This is being done right under a goodly part of the countries noses. Hence, the reason for the slooowww work on the border fence, the lack of cutting off any federal monies to so called "sanctuary cities," failures to pursue-apprehend and prosecute illegals; especially the violent crime ones.

This is my problem with George 'Dubya' Bush. I supported the war and still do, because it had to be done. I went there the first trip we made to Iraq/Kuwait. I knew we'd have to go back, and sure enough we did.

But his steadfast efforts to push this North American Union have gotten me seething beneath the collar. All the agreements about this are being done 'without' Congressional oversight or Senate intervention. This seems to be "his lil' baby." And THAT, is not right. I won't even bother going into the whole "security-breach" issue that something like this would create.

In light of this, Grassfire.org has a petition going to try and put the brakes on this program before we all end up literally becoming Mexi-Amer-Nadians, or whatever term you care to 'coin' for the new NAU citizenry should this happen. You can sign the PETITION HERE.

If you want more info on this movement, here's a WorldNetDaily link with Vincente Fox spilling the beans on a single currency. The article is written by Jerome R. Corsi, who also has written a book you can see here on Amazon, "The Late Great USA: The Coming Merger With Mexico And Canada." And here's Bush's travesty involving mexican nationals as criminals.

This type of example is not what an Honorably Discharged Combat Vet Marine wants to see coming from the government he served. Nor do I believe many Americans, who want to REMAIN Americans, want to see. Do everyone a favor and sign the petition, and start throttling your elected representatives to put an end to this De-Americanizing of America.

Freedom Of Speech: Not For Military Chaplains

Apparently, freedom of speech does not extend to the military chaplains, who go INTO harms way to meet the spiritual needs of our soldiers, sailors and Marines. It does ironically seem to extend to militant, hate mongering, foreign dignitaries visiting our Universities, and to radical leftist groups protesting this or that, but not to OUR OWN citizens.

This isn't a situation were either side of the political spectrum should be "shaky." This IS a situation were unity is a must if they truly value freedom of speech. As of now, only judeo-christian religions are affected, where as Chaplains are being cautioned, even ordered in some cases, to NOT pray in Jesus' name, according to the dictates of their conscience. But will that really be the end of it? Does anyone really believe that only christian prayers will be affected in the long run?

I seriously doubt this will be the end of it.

And what about any further reaching implications? How long until Muslim chaplains will be prevented from praying to Allah? Or Hindu's, Taoists, or any other of the many religions represented by the Chaplain Corps will be prevented from praying according to their conscience?

I don't believe it will be that much longer afterwards, if this current assault on free speech prevails.

And yet even further reaching is the possibility of the civilian religion affects. When will Hospital chaplains be affected? Or perhaps the Police and Fireman's Clergy? Then actual churches, mosques, synagogues and temples?

This public aspect has already begun under the guise of "hate speech laws" with Ted Kennedy's S. 1105 bill, dubbed the "Matthew Shepard" bill. Matthew Shepard was a gay man who was killed during a mugging. He was killed by two druggies, under the influence of narcotics, who had no knowledge of Shepards sexual preference. But none the less, to Ted the "Hutt," it was a hate crime. The bill intends to silence christian preachers from speaking against homosexuality. Hence, just one attempt already to deny freedom of speech.

Congressman Trent Franks from Arizona, along with many other Legislators are attempting to get an Executive order through the President to protect (ALL) chaplains from retribution and even disciplinary action for praying according to their conscience in their respective faiths.

For all those out there, on BOTH sides of the party line, support the legislators who are sponsoring this, and urge those that don't, TO sponsor it. YOUR future speech rights may be hanging in the balance.

The American Center for Law and Justice website has a petition available regarding this situation. I recommend you sign it.

American Textbook Council Report: Islam Whitewashing In U.S. Textbooks

I've said it, and I've said it, and I've said it. Parents, pay attention to what your kids are being force-fed in school. Especially PUBLIC schools where state educational boards decide what your children learn. Private schools seem to have a bit more control over this type of stuff, but they're not immune either.

The American Textbook Council recently released their report on several new History and Sociology textbooks currently being published and may be headed for your kids backpacks. Their findings are, disturbing in the least. Especially since organizations like the Council on Islamic Education was one of the named sources for the information in these books.

PLEASE!!!! Read the FULL report HERE.

Here is a couple excerpts from the report:

  • These reviews independently reach the same conclusions. Most conspicuously, history textbooks whitewash the meaning of jihad.
  • Textbooks make no distinction between sharia and Western law, and they pretend that women are making great strides in the Islamic world, when all evidence indicates otherwise.
  • Social studies textbooks ignore the global ambitions of militant Islam. They fail to explain that Muslim terrorists seek to destroy the United States and Israel. They omit geopolitical goals that include theocracy and world domination by religion.

Like I said, disturbing. One such publisher, the Teachers' Curriculum Institute which is a PRIVATELY HELD Company based in Palo Alto and Sacramento California, has already had their book "History Alive! The Medieval World and Beyond" adopted in California. This is bad, since what usually happens in California, gets spread to other states. Hopefully, there are enough brain cells left in the California educational boards to prevent it from coming to actual use.

The chief author-advisor on Islam for this book is Ayad Al-Qazzaz. Al-Qazzaz is a sociology professor at California State University, Sacramento. Al Quazzaz is also a Muslim apologist, a frequent speaker in Northern California school districts promoting Islam and Arab causes. Well imagine that. I wonder what percentage of TCI he owns. Essentially, "History Alive! The Medieval World and Beyond" is a textbook that takes dictation from Islamist sources.

There are several other book publishers listed in the ATC's report, names you may even remember from your old school days, like Houghton Mifflin, Prentice Hall, Holt Rinehart and Winston, McDougal Littell, and even Glencoe. You MUST READ the report for yourselves, and then decide. Your own kid's future may depend on it.

A Call To Abolish Political Correctness; BEFORE It Kills Us

I for one, am thoroughly tired of, burned out, and fed up with, Political Correctness. I'm tired of being told what I can say, who I can say it to, and where I can say it, in MY OWN country. I'm tired of having to press #1 for English. I'm tired of having to be concerned with NOT offending someone because they are so thin skinned, the slightest offense seems to shatter them into requiring years of therapy and millions of dollars in "pain and suffering" claims. Right, the PC police should be paying me just to put up with their daily doses of excrement.

I've become these days, more and more interested in finding out exactly who I would need to contact, what paperwork would be required and where to file suit, to force our so-called Representatives in passing a bill to Abolish Political Correctness. With all the BullS#!t we already have to deal with these days, it's becoming more blatantly obvious to me that political correctness is literally killing us. Or is at least, threatening to kill us.

One such way is the medical establishment no longer using the term "obese" when referring to grossly overweight people. The reasoning? Political correctness. We don't want peoples "feelings" to be hurt, or have anyone become offended. I guess malpractice insurance doesn't cover doctors when they 'offend' their patients for telling them they are a fat-sow. So it's a deadly trade off. We won't hurt his/her feelings, but we will go ahead and allow him/her to die from complications of high blood pressure or adult onset diabetes and the like because the "obese" person wasn't shocked into realization of how bad off he/she really is because of their weight. Tell them they are OBESE, and they HAVE TO get their butt's off the couch and start doing something about it, before their heart explodes.

Profiling is something that has come under fire because of political correctness. Airport security has to waste endless amounts of time "balancing out" their inspections. This is to keep people with Arabic appearances from feeling like they are being picked on. But as we already know, ANY inspection will become some sort of harassment, so what's the point of bothering to balance it out? "ISRAEL profiles, why can't we?" to borrow a quote from Glenn Beck. It's a lot less likely that a 75 year old lady with a walker is going to attempt to high jack an airliner, than a group of six arabic males between the ages of 18 and 42 all boarding the same flight and creating disturbances the entire time. PROFILE Damn it.

Also included in this nonsense of political correctness is race/ethnicity. Al Sharpton and his poverty-pimp buddy Jesse Jackson made a whole heck of a lot of noise over Don Imus' comment about the Rutgers Women's basketball team. Why are we not hearing the same rants and tirades from them about "gansta-rap?" Black rappers can call black women "bitches and ho's" all they want. Spew the dreaded "N" word like it's a common, un-offensive term between themselves. But any other ethnicity even hints at that, and oh my gosh, here comes the NAACP, ACLU and every other civil liberties group tossing lawsuits left and right. "He's a bigot! He's a racist! And he must be made an example of!" are the key phrases. If we can't say it, THEY can't say it.

And what the heck is this 'undocumented worker' crap? They don't like the terminology of illegal alien? Okay, here's another description. What about Criminal Foreign Invader? How's that grab ya? Get in line like every other LEGALLY processed resident, or put up with being called illegal.

And let us not forget the trickle down effect damage our kids, who are being subjected to this same political correctness have to suffer through. We're raising UN-enlightened, UN-intelligent, UN-social, "obese," pansies. Teachers in many places are no longer allowed to tell their student's they are WRONG when they answer five, on a simple math question of 2+2. Instead, some teachers have been instructed to tell their students, "that could be an answer." That COULD BE an answer? Yeah, the WRONG answer. Tell the kid he's WRONG, AND SHOW HIM how to do it right. Just recently, a California school has banned HUGGING? As it COULD lead to further sexual harassment. So now kids will grow up through their school years with anti-social tendencies. Afraid to get near anyone, create friends or any other social interaction. Hello Columbine, parts 2.... to 2,337,651. Give or take a few thousand.

Political correctness MUST be stopped, abolished, obliterated, destroyed, if there's any chance of America surviving the storms ahead. I've returned over and over to the same stats. The average life span of Democratically Governed countries throughout history is about 200 years. We ARE, one of the longest lasting democracies in history at over 230 years.

How much longer we last before destroying ourselves, seems to be in our own hands. What's your choice? As for me, I want my damn country back. The REAL America that we USED TO BE.

Re-Visiting Rush: The Newest Limbaugh 'Smear Campaign'

I hate to be the one to tell everyone "I told ya so," but, I TOLD YA SO! Didn't I just yesterday in my Bill O'Reilly post, talk about the bulls#!t that emanates from less than reputable groups like Media Matters and MoveOn.org? Didn't I mention WHO it was funded by, namely, ultra-leftist George Soros? Did I not also mention how anything that comes from them should be completely disregarded as slop unfit for feeding to hogs?

Yeah, I did. And what do we have to open this weeks news with? Why, it's yet ANOTHER trumped up attack, this time on Rush Limbaugh. Again. The media is so desperate to bring down conservative speakers these days, that they aren't even bothering to check out a single fact about a story anymore. Let alone confirm the stories overall merit. Heaven forbid they actually conduct some actual journalistic investigations of a source or story before embarrassing themselves, as they so often due. Cough, cough, Dan Rather, cough.

And the media networks wonder why their ratings continue to plummet faster than the President's ratings. Shocked and amazed yet?

But here's the gist of the newest bash-a-thon on Rush Limbaugh. Media Matters force fed a story to MS(LSD)NBC about Limbaugh calling military personnel who served in Iraq and oppose the war "phony soldiers." Now, at first glance, I could understand how this might perk up some ears in the media. But where was the investigation into it before opening the holes under their noses on the air? There wasn't any investigation.

And everyone has been all over this story. Anchor Tamron Hall for MSLSD, with the headline of 'PHONY SOLDIERS' INSULT' said, "Conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh never served in the armed forces, so when he made the following comments about Iraq War veterans who return home to oppose the war, it set off a firestorm of outrage." Hardball's Chris Matthews said, "Radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh says veterans who support withdrawing the troops are 'phony soldiers.' Those are his words." And of course, Keith Olbermann's Countdown to No Ratings had, "Comedian Rush Limbaugh tries to back out of his quote: Servicemen protesting the war are quote, 'phony soldiers.'"

As it turns out, Limbaugh was speaking specifically about Jesse MacBeth. MacBeth was, according to Media Matters, an Army Ranger and veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan. Macbeth was also a Corporal while serving active duty in the Army. Additionally, MacBeth is a decorated veteran having been awarded the Purple Heart. But none of this was the heart of the matter to the left, as they were focused on his true "heroism." His courage to speak out to the world about atrocities American soldiers were committing daily overseas. According to MacBeth, hundreds upon hundreds of unarmed civilians have been slaughtered, and "we burned the bodies," he says.

This sounds pretty horrible. Words of a true Poster-boy for the leftist rage against the war.

But MacBeth is also now the recipient of one last honor not yet mentioned. He is serving five months in jail, to be followed by another three years probation for falsifying documents. Namely, Department of Veteran Affairs claims and his DISCHARGE Record. MacBeth served a whole forty four days in Army Boot Camp before "WASHING OUT!" MacBeth NEVER made it to active duty. MacBeth NEVER was an Army Ranger. MacBeth NEVER won the Purple Heart. And he NEVER was overseas to witness anything, PERIOD. End of discussion.
I won't bother to bring up the media's anatomical appendages being caught in mechanical equipment reference again. It's pretty apparent from the lack of investigative research by the media these days that they are incapable of even comprehending such comparisons.
